If I could offer a zero I would. I went in for a standard physical and drug test for clearance to work at ANOTHER hospital. My physical was completed and the physician came in told me "Everything is good, except my blood sugar was clearly high." I told her "Okay, I'm a diabetic." She responded "I'm not comfortable clearing you to work with elevated blood sugar." She stated that she would not clear me unless my doctor PCP says I can work, or my A1C is under 8. I have increased my treatment for my diabetes but all my doctors are confused as to why diabetes is being considered a reason to not work, especially without any work incidents. I'm not able to get in to physically see a doctor until August. My work thought perhaps I should just do the physical again since I'm getting treatment, however the same physician refused to do so since I would not tell her my HIPPA protected A1C. She also claimed that she "didn't say I couldn't work," after I mentioned this is clearly an act of discrimination against people with disabilities. She has yet to send my report to my employer after having an employee tell me that all information was sent to my employer. I have filed an inquiry with EEOC, I will look into other agencies as well. At this point this company is costing me well over $1300 a week it's been 5 weeks. read more

If you can, ask your work to send you to the Lancaster location. I walked in with no appointment, but they said they could see me, as I was only getting a physical for work. I came in right when they opened at 8:05 am. I was put in the room at 8:20. The physician didn't come in until 9:26, over an hour of me just waiting in the room. Then the worst thing I've ever experienced in a doctors office happened to me. You know how the beds have that little paper thing, that you switch out at the end? The doctor asked me if I had already sat there (I was sitting on the chair next to the bed) I said no So she pulls one nurse inside and asks her is she put me in the room The nurse said no, and another one comes in and the doctor asks her, she also said no, so she pulls a third nurse!! Then she asks me if I sat on the bed, I said no She then LOUDLY says "She said no, she said no, she said no." To each of them. Then tells each of them and literally repeats "the patient should never see this" It was SO uncomfortable, and I can't even imagine what the nurses were thinking. I understand that it was a big mistake because of sanitary reasons, but I don't think it should have been handled in front of me. I am also conflicted because it's kind of disgusting that they didn't change the paper before sitting me there. Everytime my job burdens me with the need to visit this place I feel like I'm being punished. The place is filthy, I'm never there for less than 2 hours and the physician has a horrible,horrible attitude. This place has the worst patient care. Was there today and they made me wait 4 hours only to tell me I had to reschedule with another doctor through telemedicine or keep waiting for which ever doctor was there. My experience here was decent, however during my visit 2 individuals got really upset with the front desk ladies and argued with the older lady, I found this inconvenient and annoying. I came here for a work drug test and urine sample , I found that the staff wasn't being sanitary by allowing another person to place their urine cup next to mine while I was initialing and dating my cup. The staff should have had more control over their patients and create a more sanitary environment. My boyfriend came here also and they couldn't find his vein and they sent him to quest diagnostic. I would suggest they hire a senior phlebotomist or tech 2 to prevent the inconvenience of a double trip. read more

I just want to say that in 03/2020 I was seen by this facility and did not get 1 MRI or further examination. I was sent back to work, I was not feeling good and got a second opinion somewhere else. I had an exploded disk and a tear in my ankle, I made a review before but just wanted to really make people realize that you have to look out for you and not trust people simply because they wear a white coat and have a tittle. You know your body and they get paid by insurance so you are not their best interest. I didn't fall shouldn't determine how well you examine the patient. read more

I had THE BEST experience at proactive health services. I was blessed to encounter a young, super nice and friendly lady by the name of Belinda. I went In for an employer drug test and I can't stress enough of how fast and efficient she was with me. The clinic was pretty busy but I was quickly brought in and out saved me so much time. She was nice enough to offer me water and a seat. I felt so comfortable here. If you ever need a nearby clinic come here and ask for Belinda she deserves a raise it's nurses like her that make these businesses shine and succeed. read more
