Great staff, just EXTREMELY hot inside the facility. Staff and patients should have better conditions.

Be ready for a long long wait. Patients not wearing mask in waiting area and staff saying nothing about it.

Slow. They claim to take it in order. But not do. I was first in and been here watching mere arrivals just arriving taken ahead

Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Sobeck was very disappointing. After being placed in an exam room, we waited about 20 minutes before seeing the doctor. My mother tried to explain not only her severe knee pain but also pain she has been experiencing in her arm. It felt like her concerns were brushed aside, and the visit was focused only on the knee X-rays. Dr. Sobeck quickly decided that my mother needed a knee injection. There was very little discussion about the procedure, what to expect, or whether she had concerns. My mother was visibly nervous and anxious about receiving the injection. What was most upsetting was the way the injection was administered. After agreeing to proceed, we waited another 30 minutes for Dr. Sobeck to return. During that time, the nurse informed us that he would use a cold spray to numb the area before the injection. However, when he came back, he appeared ready to inject her knee without using the spray at all until we reminded him. He then briefly sprayed the area and immediately inserted the needle without allowing any time for the area to become numb. My mother cried out in pain during the injection. There was no warning, no reassurance, and no effort to make her feel comfortable throughout the procedure. For someone who was already nervous and suffering from severe arthritis, the experience felt rushed, rough, and lacking compassion. It seemed as though getting the injection done quickly was more important than ensuring the patient was comfortable and properly prepared. Once the injection was finished, Dr. Sobeck simply said, "I'm done, my dear," and walked out of the room. There was no explanation of what to expect afterward, no opportunity to ask questions, and no follow-up from the nursing staff. When we left the room, there was no nurse available to check on my mother or provide post-procedure instructions. The front office staff was pleasant, but the care we received from Dr. Sobeck left us feeling unheard, rushed, and disappointed. More attention to patient concerns, communication, and basic compassion would have made a significant difference in our experience.

After a sudden sciatica attack, four years after having two lower disectomies within a week of each other from a doctor who no longer practices, I had been to a prominent group in Santa Clarita only to be treated like I was making up my pain and never even got to see the doctor! I called Dr. Payman's office and was not put on hold but greeted by a truly caring and knowledgeable staff. (I did google him and watched a few of his contributing segments on different TV channels). Needless to say, I was impressed and was still not sure that he was all that the ad and reviews said he was. I had a few different offices to choose from and since I had been in pain for a month already, what was another week? As busy as this doctor is, you would never feel like that when he is talking to you. He is thorough and gives you 100% attention. He is definitely a cutting edge doctor. He gave me pros and cons of doing another surgery and sent me to his sports medicine office where I was given massage, acupuncture and also some chiropractic therapy. It was a slow heal but, I have to say after being told i would need another surgery by two groups, I am up and around thanks to Doctor Payman. His staff under Alysia is also very professional and gets your insurance issues taken care of super fast! My husband has been in pain for years having been to a very large group who had no idea what they were doing, I made him an appointment. He went in with numbness and insatiable pain in his lower back. Turns out he needed his upper and neck fixed more than the lower. He needed a neck fusion and had three discs fused and it seems to have been a success.

Nice doctor and staff, but the Lumbar surgery he performed on me was a failure. I live with more…read morepain after the surgery then before.
