As a customer who was literally about to spend MORE money in the store, being rushed through checkout because the line got longer was unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand retail can get busy and that being the only cashier can be stressful, but staffing issues and long lines are ultimately a management problem, not the customer's responsibility. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for shopping, asking questions, or adjusting their purchase. The literal goal is to SELL. Within 2 mins of explaining to Dr Rendon what I was hoping to achieve I knew he's was the doctor I wanted.
