Shout out to Dr. Rendon and the team at BHPS who made my lip filler experience a great one. It was my first time getting filler and due to a bad experience with a boob job in 2020 I was extremely apprehensive. I wanted to make sure I got the best and felt comfortable. I shopped around did a lot of talking to friends and reading of online reviews until I found myself here. Within 2 mins of explaining to Dr Rendon what I was hoping to achieve I knew he's was the doctor I wanted. Totally spoke my language , agreed that less is more when beginning with fillers and explained to me exactly what he thought we should do. When it was time for my procedure the doctor explained everything he was doing throughout and continued to show me my results as he did the injections so I could decide how I like things and how we should proceed (more filler/or to stop there). He listened to everything I asked for every concern I had or like I didn't like was taken care of happily. He is def not one of those doctors who doesn't like or care for feedback. He cared how I felt what I thought and made me feel that my satisfaction was his top priority. Best part is I look amazing and had zero bruising and minimal swelling. I left looking and feeling more confident than when I walked in. I got exactly what I wanted and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend Dr. Rendon if you're looking for fillers in the AV. read more

They signed me in as a follow up just to call me into the room and tell me my appointment was cancelled due to them not having it ready. I am very happy with my tummy tuck and lipo procedure Dec 2019 with Dr. Cohen. I came to him back in 2011 for my breast augmentation. I would not go with any other Doctor for my plastic surgery needs. Dr. Cohen and his staff have taken great care of me and my needs through the whole process. After I was healed and very happy with my results , I returned for a full back,stomach, and flank liposuction procedure. Called August 26, 2020 to book an appointment and got it for 10/1/20. I get to the office nobody at the reception area, nobody acknowledges me. I wait there so they can tell me "We are out of Botox" ???? Really... more than a month and you guys don't have it ready??? You guys called me yesterday to confirm the appointment and you didn't even check to make sure you had the supplies needed???? Very disappointed. I went here and got a breast augmentation and tummy tuck with Dr. Mcnab. She was very nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. That doesn't necessarily make a good surgeon. I have been super depressed since having my surgery. My belly button is completely botched. It sits more to my right side and is not centered and on top of that it scarred really bad. When I mentioned it to her she looked at it and just said "Oh yea it is not centered." Thats it! I'm also very unhappy with my breast. My skin still sags and my nipples hang low. She said I didn't need a lift so we just went with an implant and at first they seemed fine since I was swollen. Then when I noticed the sagging skin and I mentioned it to a different doctor that checked me that day, he said that I should have gotten a lift but he said maybe wait it out at least a year because the implants will settle in. Over a year later here I am super unhappy with my surgery and I regret all of it. I literally check in the mirror every day hoping that it'll look better but it still looks just as bad as when I first saw it. If I get the guts to post up pictures I will but for now I'm way too embarrassed to show anyone. read more

Well Ladies and gentleman my day of my surgery was yesterday on which I almost chicken out of it. When I was 2 I was thrown from a bridge and my nose did not shaped up very well. I was always insecure about my looks. My nose was wide and ugly. I hated taking pictures. Now i have a cute nose. Here my experience.............. Lancaster office .... Ladies are so sweet they greet you like an old friend coming over for coffee. Nikki is very professional and she carries herself very well. She shows that she cares for all the patients that come in to talk to her. Encino office.......The outside of the building is not appealing at all. When you come in it's clean and well decorated and it looked like nothing from what you see on the outside. Dr. Cohen........ Dr. Cohen just got into my "People that make me smile" list right next to God and my baby girl. I have to admit the man is very talented. He said he was going to fix my nose really nice but he did more than that. I have very small bruising and it shows that he put a lot of love and care into shaping my nose. Some folks are just all talk not Dr. Cohen he did more than what he said he was going to do. He is very talented, knowledgeable, smart, professional, and ladies he is handsome. I never thought my nose can look this good. My gratitude toward Dr. Cohen is very high. I will for sure be back for some more maintenance. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen to all the ladies out there. Esther.......My nurse before I went into surgery and after. She was very professional, friendly, kind, and is everything a nurse should be. She got me ready with the IV and we talked about our kids and other things. After my surgery when I was waking up she was there. She did not leave my sight at all. Esther deserves a big raise and should be recognize for her hard work. Just like Dr. Cohen she was born to help people and is great at it. When it was time for me to go home she helped me put my clothes on normally nurses tell you to put your own clothes and leave you alone. The 2 nurses in the front desk........Esther wheeled me out of the recovery room into the front and there where 2 nurses that must of gotten to the office when I was in the surgery room and they were rude. You can clearly see that I just had surgery, I was in great pain, and I was left just a few feet away from them because Esther wanted to ask Dr. Cohen a question about one of the medications I was given. One asked the other girl sitting next to her to look and see what I had done and both were looking at me from head to toe like I was trash. Instead of asking me if I was doing great or grabbing some water to take my pain medication they were being noisy. They both had mad dog looks to them like I was a bother for being there. They were sitting there doing nothing but gossiping. Overall my experienced was a great one. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Had my consult 6 months ago. I was told I was in good hands. a week before surgery i met with the consultant I had previously spoke to 6 months ago, when I arrived I meet someone never met I was informed that nikki had resigned and she was helping with the patients. same day I was rushed to do my blood work and physical ekg. A week before surgery. after. now the day of my surgery in the recovery room I was not given proper instructions was not given to my driver was not allowed to stay one hour to be checked on. Nor did they check if I was able to use the bat after surgery. After 24 hours I was not able to pee went tot he post op was looked at less then 5 minutes was told I need to go to the urgent or er to have my bladder emptie. not To happy with my experience. read more

Dr Andrew Cohen performed a breast reduction, lift and brachioplasty on me in July of 2017. Today I had my second follow up appointment. Everything has gone so well for me. Three yeas ago I went to Beverly Hills Physicians and I want say , i regret i ever did !! My left implant capsule within a short time after and my right one was also starting to capsule . I ended up going to a different Dr. to have them removed and afterwards I was told that Dr. Cohen had made really big pockets that caused the saline implants to capsule really bad ! He caused me a lot of pain and suffering . I don't recommend this Dr. to anyone!! read more

So my partner decided to do some re-work from a previous surgery from years ago... a little sagging lol. She had heard or the Beverly Hills group here in Lancaster and decided to walk in to talk about prices, types of surgery, pictures basically all the things a person would want to know and curious about. After a few months she decided to have the rework done. I am writing this review 3 months post surgery. At 57 years old it was time for a lift and correction of my asymmetrical breasts. My expectations for the final result consisted of my breasts being the same size and pleasing to me. I was using a B cup and did not want to end up too large. Dr. Andrew Cohen used his professional experience and expertise to suggest a size based on my measurements and our conversation during the consultation. I had no complications, my incisions are smooth and nearly invisible now. I am very pleased with my size (full C). My breasts are as close to twins as I could have ever imagined. This review is way overdue, since my surgery was a year ago. So here it goes...awesome staff and doctors at this location, everyone from Cindy, Nikki, and my doctor we're helpful all along the process of my pre-op and post-op. I came in for my first consultation in May 2014, and had my surgery June 2014! I was worried I'd have to wait longer to have it done, but it was completely stress free. My doctor was Dr. Andrew T. Cohen, and he addressed all of my concerns, and needs for this was my first-ever surgery! I was beyond scared, but the staff, and Dr. Cohen took good care of me. I would also like to mention how I was left with no bruising, and minimal swelling on my face after my major surgery! I was certain I would have bruising all over my face, but I didn't! This goes to show how extremely careful, and gentle Dr. Cohen was when he performed surgery. I continue to come in for my follow ups, and they still treat me with respect as the same day they met me over a year ago. Lastly, wait times are not bad at all, just as long as you show up 20-30 minutes before your appointment you'll be fine. The most I have had to wait was 20 minutes. read more
