They don't always have everything, but they still have plenty of staff walking about that I can ask questions to and who will help me do some research on whether they have it or not and that's something I still appreciate. This location is my tertiary Best Buy option, which I love the idea that I still have three options local to me, and in this location, they are surrounded by other large destination entities, so you may be able to bundle the trip with other items on your to-do list. It's a very large parking lot, so parking is usually not an issue and there are multiple entrances to come and go, should one of them get gridlocked.

Instead of offering a quick explanation, they immediately referred me to a paid service. Very disappointing experience at Best Buy. I expected better customer service.
