She never asked for my number, so I assumed she would grab it from her cell. I guess she has too much business and does not need any more?? Horrible customer service! Wouldn't trust them to insure my trash. Everyone is always telling us to go local, the little guy. When we do, we end up with garbage customer service most of the time. This is a prime example. Didn't deal with them much till recently. I called to see why my premium increased and every person I talked to gave me a different answer! It is very hard to get people at this office return your call! It seems like everyone is important and they "are on a call with a client". What am I ? A client also! I ended up getting a quote from Eduardo to lower my premium, it was a small change in my policy. I agreed with it. But when I got the paperwork in the mail, it didn't reflect that. When I called, Eduardo barely admitted he made a mistake. Barely. Mistake that costs me money. And blamed corporate. Also, he said he'd put a stop payment to my deposit and it didn't happen. I was charged the increased premium. It was badly handled and showed lack of care for a long time customer. I don't need this insurance, but they act like you do and act accordingly. I talked to Eduardo's boss, David and his attitude wasn't very caring for customers. He felt like why do I care about the increase, not much in his opinion. Well, I have a budget and if he doesn't work with clients and have more compassion he'll lose a few. After my long complaint and arguments I got a call from Eduardo. State Farm raised another item in my policy without my approval. We lowered that and finally went back to the initial quote. It was a major struggle that took over 1 month of me calling and dealing with it. For something simple that could have been done faster and with way less pain and struggle from my part. Not happy about how it went, how I was treated. I don't know for now how long I'll be with State Farm, or transfer to another office. I will see. I wish Mr. Cornejo wouldn't send me holiday cards anymore. I would prefer a better treatment instead!
