He insisted I paid in cash since cash is king which should have been my first red flag. However I decided to proceed and trust him since he came to me to grab the iPad. He spent 1 min looking at it and came back saying it was bent and needed to go to his shop to repair properly. I agreed. He brought it back and told me the home button no longer works and I needed to wait to try and use the iPad. It hadn't worked since he touched it. I paid him $80 in cash and $80 on a card for an iPad worth about $20 since I was ok with paying it as long as my iPad worked again. Well it never has and never will. I took it to Apple they said it's not reparable any longer and they can recycle it for me. I felt comfortable because he was a hard working guy with children just like myself so I believed him in making it right. I've given him several opportunities to do so but he's now gone ghost. It is what it is.... Good job getting me and my family for $160 for nothing.

This is where I opened my account and I came 4 more times in the past to purchase phones for my son and daughter. I came here to add my husband to my account from Verizon and each time I always get someone who can communicate well without an attitude and has a can do attitude. Before they turned me down, they always asked if they could check out my phone to see if there was something they could do to try to fix or understand the issue. Only then they would give me several options to resolve the problem. Except today, 8/14/2026. The man who came to help me was with a trainee. We could not communicate well and he really did not understand how to help me and was quick to dismiss me just to go to Apple Store. I was planning upgrade my phone to a newer phone and buy a new phone for my son but after that attitude, I didn't want to give him my business. And to think that he was training a new person that afternoon. Hope that new person will not pick up his "no can do attitude ".

I discussed with him that my phone wasn't receiving incoming calls. He pleasantly pulled up my account and explained possible troubleshooting issues that could be causing this problem. He resolved issue and also assisted me with applying my military discount to my account. I am 100% satisfied and my phone is in perfect working order now!
