What amazed me was there were employees in the store at the time. Instead of one of them attempting to help us, both came to help. One spoke mandarin/cantonese to my gramps and the other spoke english to me. Instead of trying to sell us some bogus plans we didn't need. They asked us questions such as, "how many minutes do you use a month?" "what are the main features you're looking for?" I felt that they really wanted to cater to my grandpa's specific needs. All he wanted his phone to do was to for it to be able to read/type Chinese. After signing the contract the lady spent an extra 20 minutes (TWENTY MINUTES) with my grandpa. Helping him and teaching him about the software. My grandpa is old, as all grandparents are, so he is kind of slow and he does ask a lot of questions. Some how the lady helping him began to laugh. She made my grandpa laugh as well and that is why I rated this place 5 stars!

Anyways, I've started getting my upgrade phones from Premiere Mobile probably a few years ago when they opened up this location. At first, I dealt mostly with Roger, the head honcho there. Awesome guy and really great to work with. I've gotten my past 3 upgrade Blackberries and my wife's Samsung Galaxy 4G from this place. Since it opened, understandably Roger has gotten busier with more back office work. Being a business man myself, I don't blame him one bit. Recently, Roger has needed to hand me off to some of his employees there and level of quality of service hasn't dropped off one bit. Since I've been going there for some time now and I have since moved to the valley, I do most of my dealings with them over the phone now. It's nice that they are able to take care of my mobile needs and I'm confident enough in them that I have them keep my info on file. Any changes to my account, I'm able to contact them and they take care of it and get me squared away quickly so I can get about my day. Roger and his crew at this location of Premiere Mobile has earned my repeat business and I wish them nothing but the best for the future as well.

He insisted I paid in cash since cash is king which should have been my first red flag. However I decided to proceed and trust him since he came to me to grab the iPad. He spent 1 min looking at it and came back saying it was bent and needed to go to his shop to repair properly. I agreed. He brought it back and told me the home button no longer works and I needed to wait to try and use the iPad. It hadn't worked since he touched it. I paid him $80 in cash and $80 on a card for an iPad worth about $20 since I was ok with paying it as long as my iPad worked again. Well it never has and never will. I took it to Apple they said it's not reparable any longer and they can recycle it for me. I felt comfortable because he was a hard working guy with children just like myself so I believed him in making it right. I've given him several opportunities to do so but he's now gone ghost. Dude - 2 things not to be holding on to - my phone and my girl. At least I learned how possessive I get about my phone out of this experience. Plus when you pay, you have a Korean woman yelling at you inaudibly through a security glass cashier window. The prices are affordable, but the $7 screen protector doesn't stick on the edges - so a bit cheated. And they didn't offer many cases for my particular phone. Strangely disappointing. I think chicks may feel differently as they have a ton of gaudy offerings.
