During my white-glove delivery, the delivery crew scraped and damaged my brand-new LVP flooring while moving the furniture. Living Spaces acknowledged that the damage occurred during their delivery. The scratches were not something that could simply be cleaned or buffed out--the affected planks needed to be replaced. I asked Living Spaces to reimburse me $300 for the repair, which was already a very reasonable resolution. In fact, I saved Living Spaces money because the flooring company that originally installed my floors had extra matching planks available. This allowed the damaged planks to be replaced without the additional expense of sourcing new flooring. Despite acknowledging the damage, Living Spaces ultimately refused to reimburse me because I did not obtain multiple repair estimates. This is especially frustrating because I had already found a practical and less expensive solution using the original installer and matching leftover planks. What makes this experience even more concerning is the delivery process. Living Spaces promotes a "white glove" delivery experience, but the delivery service is outsourced to a third party, which can then subcontract the actual delivery work. As a customer, you aren't necessarily aware of how many layers are involved until something goes wrong. If you are considering buying furniture from Living Spaces and having it delivered, buyer beware. Make sure you thoroughly document your floors and other property before delivery. Consider following the crew as they deliver. My experience was that once the damage occurred, Living Spaces did everything possible to avoid taking responsibility for a relatively small repair. For me, this experience permanently changed my opinion of the company. I will not be purchasing furniture from Living Spaces again.

Willy Wonka, as he introduced himself, had the best customer service--he was polite, not pushy. And he was honest in answering our questions about price, delivery, and disposal of old furniture. When you see this store from the outside and even as you walk in, you'd think it cannot possibly compete with larger stores like Living Spaces or Ashley...BUT boy, are you in for a surprise! The furniture I purchased here had a label that is from Ashley Direct. And I'm pretty sure that Ashley Furniture would have charged me at least two times more than what I paid at Furniture Corner. They delivered on the same day, everything is new and unwrapped in front of you. The delivery crew in 2022 and 2026 were the same men. Really nice people. First, if you're expecting a polished, curated vintage boutique, All Things and More probably isn't that place. You absolutely have to dig. Things are constantly coming through the doors, sometimes faster than Zach could possibly sort through them. And honestly? That's one of the reasons I love it. Zach could pull out every desirable vintage piece, research it, clean it, stage it, photograph it beautifully and charge vintage-boutique prices. He could probably make a lot more money. But he doesn't. Instead, people like me watch his Instagram, see something amazing come in, and practically race each other down there hoping we get to it first. I have furnished a good portion of my own home this way. My dining table, chandelier, leather sofa and several of my favorite vintage pieces came from All Things and More. I've found brand-new items still in their boxes, beautiful vintage furniture, clothing and some wonderfully strange treasures that I would have paid considerably more for somewhere else. People from the entertainment industry also shop there for clothing and pieces for productions, and items from productions sometimes make their way back through the store. You truly never know what you're going to find. But none of that is actually the biggest reason I support this place. It's Zach. I affectionately call him "the Saint of the Valley of the Sun." I've personally watched this man make sure hungry people had something in their stomachs. I've seen him offer water, fruit, tamales and Cup Noodles. I've watched him give clean underwear and clothing to people experiencing homelessness and tell them to go find themselves some pants and shirts. I've watched him give people work when they needed an opportunity. He helps provide food through a pantry and has stepped up when people in his community were afraid to go out and needed help. And one of the things that has stayed with me most is watching him encounter someone who is struggling and simply ask, "How are you feeling?" Not "What do you want?" "How are you feeling?" He sees people. So yes, you may find a dusty basket. You may have to move things around. You may leave with dust on your hands. This is a rough, old-school thrift shop, and nobody who loves it is going to pretend otherwise. But if you slow down long enough to really look, you might also find an incredible piece for your home that you can actually afford. You might find something with a history. You might find something nobody else noticed. And somewhere in the middle of all that beautiful chaos, you'll probably find Zach making sure somebody has eaten that day. That is why people are drawn to him. All Things and More isn't perfect. It isn't curated for Instagram. It's messy, unpredictable, affordable, interesting and deeply human. If you need to furnish an apartment or home on the cheap, maybe starting with dishes and utensils, this is a good option.
