    Wrong color sent.

    Very poor customer service. I was sent the wrong color couch and now they're going to charge me a 25% restocking fee as well as $250 for delivery. Stay clear of this company. They have little respect for their customers. (And I purchased THREE couches from them within one year.)

    Bought a leather power foot rest sofa two years and It caved into its foundation after moderate use. Reached out to apt2b two weeks ago and heard nothing, so i guess were sol.

    After a little over a year we saw a seam opening in our sofa. We contacted customer service was told since it past warranty there is nothing they can do. Just sent them another picture of our sofa with the middle seam now open over 12" and filling coming out. Again no help. We now have to put a blanket over a 3 year old sofa. Customer service is non-existent unless your defective happens to show up immediately. Don't purchase unless you only needs a sofa for 2 years.

    We love our Apt2b sectional. We got the Bradbury 3pc Sectional Sofa and I can't say enough good things about it. First of all, I love that their sofas are made in the USA. Their customer service is amazing. I couldn't decide on a color because they have so many amazing choices, and they sent fabric swatches to help us decide. We went back and forth between different shades of Grey and Navy. When the swatches came in the mail, we studied our options and fell in love with "Thunder!" It's a beautiful shade of grey and the fabric is soft and stain-proof. And of course, it looks amazing :)

    Though the furniture is top notch, it's the customer service that really sold me on this company. One of the pieces came damaged, but they were quick to replace and send over--like they sent it immediately. They helped coordinate pieces for my home and truly made the entire experience so special. I've never had this type of service from other furniture companies, so was impressed by how they handle customer care. I will definitely be coming back for future furniture needs.

    I ordered the Monroe 3 Piece Sectional and it is...perfect. I spent a long time looking for a couch at the "usual" places and could not find what I wanted at A) the right price or B) the right delivery time. Not only that, but I found the customer service experience at the West Elms of the world to be stressful and unhelpful. All that changed when I came across Apt2B. First and foremost, the customer service is incredible. The chat reps are great and personable and extremely well-acquainted with each piece of furniture. If you call Apt2B, it's more of the same - great and knowledgeable reps. The couch itself is great. It's very comfortable and looks fantastic. Delivery was easy (and free!). Our guests always comment on how nice our couch looks. The delivery time was very reasonable, the product is made in the USA and it costs less than most competitors' options. What's not to love? I have already recommended Apt2B to anyone and everyone who will give me the time of day. Highly recommended!!!

So we went to the Studio City and we were greeted by Joseph. We didn't know much about mattress and we were in need of getting a new mattress. We kept getting on to a different mattresses to feel the different in each mattress. Joseph was so patient with us because not only that we kept going on different mattress. We also kept asking him a lot of questions that he had to stay to work past the closing hour of the store. Even then, he was still patient and he did not rush us at all. At last, we decided that we were not going to buy it yet until today. Although he was able to help us narrow down with the choices. We came to the North Hollywood location because Joseph was working here today. We came in and he greeted us the same way. It was very welcoming and very friendly. We did the same thing as we did at the other store by trying more mattresses and we kept Joseph waiting even more. For me, I'm surprised that he was still very patience with us, he was not at all pushy, he was not trying to sell us the expensive mattress because comfort is more important than the cost. He is very knowledgeable for someone that hasn't been working in the mattress industry for long. Anyways, we both thought it was a great buying experience. We learned a lot from him and he also hook us up with a good deal. So make sure you call ahead and ask for Joseph to help you out. You won't be disappoint! P.S. This location is their warehouse and it is very nice compared to the Studio City one. The store is very clean, cool and makes you feel like you're trying mattresses at home. They have a bit more options for you to choose from too.

    On June 3, 2026, we visited a Living Spaces furniture store and purchased a dresser and a…read morenightstand. During the transaction, the salesperson informed us that on the morning of delivery, Living Spaces would contact us, provide a delivery time window, and offer us delivery time options. Instead, the day before delivery, we were notified of a fixed three-hour delivery window and told we would be charged a fee if we chose to reschedule. When I requested to cancel the order because the delivery arrangements differed from what we had been told at the time of purchase, I was informed that a cancellation fee would also apply. Ultimately, we changed our plans and accepted the delivery. However, this experience left us extremely disappointed. We feel that the information provided during the sales process was misleading, and the fees associated with rescheduling or canceling left us with little flexibility. Based on this experience, we do not anticipate making future furniture purchases from Living Spaces. This type of sales practice is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service we expected.
