My Pixel pro 6 completely died while I was with T-Mobile, and when I went to upgrade, I was quoted $1400 for a new phone, which was a major letdown. He was upfront about prices being slightly higher than online, but I didn't find that to be the case compared to T-Mobile. I brought in two lines of service and ended up getting Google Pixel 9 Pro XL & Galaxy phones almost free, thanks to Eddie for a promotion that included free screen protectors, cases, and wall chargers. Eddie made the entire process seamless and painless, showcasing his extensive knowledge of the equipment and plans. Sunday 7/26/2020 Wow! Talk about shady sales personal that ive ever met. Called in early in the morning about the new phone lines that I ordered through Verizon.com Someone answered and he said that the payment hadn't gone through but that I should cancel my order and he would be able to help me at the store? (Red flag #1 sounded like he wanted to flip my order for him to get commission and credit) Talked to Verizon finally fixed my account... I drive by the store at 1 (store opened at 11) and I see someone with a black shirt (bigger set spiky haired dude) walk into his white car and leave. Walk towards the store and it's completely closed and unattended no signs what so ever. Come back an 2 hours later and I encounter the same guy that left and he said he was on lunch? Store opened at 11 but hey I don't Manage you to be taking a lunch two hours into a shift. I believe his name is Justine or josh. He is answering phones and being a complete joke when it comes to customer service to his caller let alone the people he has In front of him. Finally helps me and he gives me this bogus excuse about the serial numbers didn't match on my phones so he had to cancel my order and he would have to sign me back up!! Are you kidding me!? I did all this online so I could avoid shady immature people like this! Talk about flipping an account just to receive credit!! Most companies terminate employees for this particular reason! I just recently visited this store and bought a phone. The gay guy Dakota messed everything up , he swore he explained to me all these extra fees I paid for the 1st month however he didn't. I would hate to pay for something I don't use or don't need. When I tried to explain to him he got very angry and told me to leave the store and refused my service. I bought a New Phone about a year ago. I went in a month ago to change out my screen protector and phone case as i had paid almost $250 for those items so they would have "lifetime warranty". i changed my screen protector ONCE before they told me i wasn't allowed to anymore. I guess the new owner isn't allowing previous transactions like that to be valid anymore. How stupid is that ? They have great costumer service but you have a better chance going to a different verizon that isn't a self owned. read more

I had a very good experience at this Verizon store. The young gentleman named Christian was so helpful and made buying a new phone incredibly easy. The only reason I didn't give this five stars was because of the appearance of the inside of the store looked oddly cavernous and awkwardly laid out. Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a phone online and went into this retailer with the paperwork to simply pick it up. They canceled the order instead and then it beccame a huge ordeal because they charge way more than the price you pay online and they couldn't match it. They completely screwed up my account and I was in there for four hours trying to get it staightened out. They messed up my sim card which had to be swapped and then added a $750 loan to my account for a new phone that they didn't even give me to take home. The manager said to come back the next day to see him, saying he would be there early in the morning and then decided to take the day off. After another hr spent there the next day they were still unable to help me and now I have issues I have to sort out with Verizon. read more

Jonathan sold a phone and not only did he say he was only charging the taxes on the phone and an upgrade fee , he added a setup charge of $40 without their consent . A couple other stuff he didn't mention what the price was . Switched the line and mentioned that he wouldn't do any changes . It's very pathetic how a man can make up lies to get a sale . He realized how my family weren't knowledgeable in phones and he took his opportunity to go behind their back to get commission . What's sad is they trusted him , but then they had to find the sneaky things he added to get a sale is absurd . Sergio is the absolute best!! My fiance had so many issues and glitches with his Google Pixel 2 phone. Sergio went above and beyond to help us. He even called tech support to help us get the phone replaced and was able to get a new phone sent out that same day!! He's a great manager but deserves a raise!! We have bought 2 lg g6's and the store dealer said if we want insurance so we said yes ($39 a mounth). so the 2 lg g6's now have a badly craked screen. We called verizon and just found out that we can't get a repair becuase of are ZIP code like wth. I highly do not recommend verizon all they do is still your money and have hidden Fee's. I strongly recommend to go to an actual Verizon store and avoid this place since they're only authorize to use the name Verizon. The store charges you extra fees for things you don't need and they don't tell you anything about what you're been charge. You also get charge for Redux multi device membership $20, which is not a Verizon fee, but a store fee per line. Don't buy any of the promotions they offer (cases, screen protectors..etc), get them in Amazon for a cheaper prize. Dont trust this store and avoid the fees, its better to go to a real verizon store or do it online. read more
