First off, I never thought I'd need repair on a phone screen because we've been careful the whole time cell phones have existed . Well, that run ended. I ended up getting quotes from three different places via yelp & I must say, Tech Surgeon AV's owners were the kindest & quickest to reply! Patricia answered the message immediately & she was not only informative, but also friendly. She gave me everything I needed to make a decision. I was thankful, because it was so last minute & we needed the repair done ASAP because we were going on vacation the next day! We visited Richard at 6pm, he was kind & friendly as well. He explained what he'd be doing for us, how long the process was & we walked around for a bit until he was done. I trusted his background being an electrical engineer for working on the phone. I also appreciated the extra waterproofing protection he includes in his quote! After completion, he took the time to make sure the iPhone worked properly as well as explained what was done. I couldn't believe how the phone looked... like nothing had ever happened! It was AWESOME. Added bonus? He warranties his work! Their store was super clean & the decor was pleasing. They also sell phone cases & cute little cable covers at their register. Precautions were taken with a plexiglass shield at the register & they also had a HEPA filter in the waiting area. They even had a "clean/dirty" area for their pens. Richard wore a mask & we had a nice conversation with him while we paid! PROS: Richard & Patricia are friendly, hospitable hosts who take the time with each customer & make sure to treat your electronics like their own. During this odd pandemic time, we were impressed with the lengths they went to make sure everything was clean & protected. CONS: none. VERDICT: visit Tech Surgeons AV for your electronic needs. This place was very clean especially during covid. The place had markings on the floor to stand, wore masks and cleaned all the pens that we had to use for signatures.
