I highy recommend tech surgeon. He is inexpensive professional and tells you exactly what needs to be done And shows you the parts he replaces when you pick up your device. He repaired my phone and installed a new battery and told me whoever replaced my battery before him did not use the proper cover with the adhesive. He said the person who put your back cover back on used glue that wasn't even waterproof. He said if I dropped my phone in water it would have been destroyed and I would have had to buy a new phone. He showed me where the glue was on the old cover and where the battery was separating. The facility who did the work before him was mobile link communications. I do not recommend them at all and wish I had never given him a good review on Google, which was his idea when I was there. If I can find that review I left on Google I will delete it immediately. I recommend tech surgeon. He is honest and is not lazy like mobile links communication is. I am so glad that I did not drop my phone in water after it was worked on by mobile link communications. That man should be very ashamed of himself. You don't cut corners with someone's phone or any device. Mine is a Galaxy Note 8, (which I pre ordered when it first came out to get the 128GB memory card and wireless charger for free). If I didn't get a discount of $150, it would have cost me $936.00. Even with my $150 discount, it was still $786.00. Do not go to mobile links communications, go to Tech Surgeon. Brillant!! I was visiting my son in Mojave and at work, he dropped his iPhone SE on the loading platform and grenaded his screen. I called Tech Surgeon AV and talked to Richard. Really a nice guy. Made an appointment and we drove to Palmdale for lunch. Dropped the phone first. He said it might be an hour to hour 30 as he was working on a Galaxy that was a tough project. Cool with us. I brought my phone in because I had took it to a different place so they could replace the screen. The screen was lifting from the bottom it wasn't placed right I met Patricia which was at the front taking my information she was super sweet and then met Richard which was her husband the tech and they were both very nice. They told me to pick it up the next day and they did have it ready the next day and he explained how the other place did not place it correctly and also did not add waterproof shield around which at any given moment if I would of had an accident like dropping it in water my phone would of gotten completely mess up and I would of thought it was all my fault when the other person hadn't done his job correctly. When I went to the other place he also did it extremely quick in my opinion it took him no more than 2 hours. Richard explained how he had to put a glue around and it had to cure for a couple of hours so he explained very clearly what he was doing. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the work Richard and Patricia did. Thank you very much. Before you go to anyone come in and speak to Richard first because they do a professional job other places don't add the waterproof shield around the glass and will just take your money.
