Not the friendliest people and they move at a slow pace to get your mail but they don't make it complicated and its an easy place to get to.

during my visit ,employee was very rude,unprofessional,and give the impression that she did not want to be there or assist customers. For whatever reason, they make getting your mail about as difficult as possible. They're only open for a limited window, they make you stand in a line outside and only allow 1-2 customers inside at a time. What I would expect regarding customer service in the Antelope Valley. read more

Can never get through on the phone because the soonest they turn the phone on they take it off the hook so it's busy all the time I have two packages that were put in the package mailbox. But the male person didn't leave me a key to get in the package mailbox. I'm sure it's in one of the other mailboxes for somebody else that lives here. You all don't deserve even one star. Went to ask about a missing package i was told they'd ask the person who's in my route where my package is. They told me they'd ask BUT what gets me is that she tells me my package is small enough to fit in the small mail box.. it's TWO pairs of two foam shoes .. HOW IS THAT GOING TO FIT IN THE BOX !? Went in person to mail back a phone and then was emailed from my mobile phone company that they haven't received it. When I enter the tracking number on the usps website that was created by my phone company and was on the package, it reads that the label is not created and not yet in the system! It should've been created automatically as soon as I gave it the them and they scan it! It was securely placed on the package, but looking back I remember the lady clerk taking from me saying thank you, and placing it under the counter and didn't scan it. I asked if that was all and she said yes, so then I left without making sure she scanned it. And now I'm being contacted by my phone company that they haven't received it and I will be charged if they don't get it. Sorry, but for sure this person there stole it. Waited in line for 1 hour and 20 mins, just to pick up a package that was small enough to fit in the mailbox for which they charge $85 for the keys. What's the point of having a mailbox if the carrier marks the package with 'No such number' ?? This is concerning because now I wonder if any of my envelope mails get delivered or are they all marked 'no such number'? The post office swapped out our mail box without giving anyone a notice. So I have been able to get my mail out for the past 3 days. Now I have to waste my morning at the post office. The line is out the door just to get my new keys. You would think they would of sent a letter ahead of time to warn us of the change. Also they could dropped off the new keys in our old mail box before swapping it out. I guess the post office doesn't care about their customer. Nor, do they know how to use common sense. After picking gram up from the airport I had to run her by this post office to pick up the mail that she had them hold while she was on vacation for a month. It is not your typical Post office, and there are only a couple of people working the back counter to get your mail and provide services. The worst place on the planet. A TRUE waste of our tax payer money. Trully these folks need some better tools to do the job. I don't blame the staff...I blame the U.S. Postal Service for having an extremely antiquated system...oh wait...no system...for storing residence's parcels, packages and mail. I watched the young lady walk back and forth for 15 minutes and finally brought another employee over to tell her the login ID and password are on a piece of paper taped to the side of the computer. Really?? The U.S. Postal Service doesn't have cybersecurity training? Five minutes later she walked into the back searching for my package. Then 8 minutes later she comes back to the front to tell me the guy with the password is at lunch and she doesn't have her own so come back in 45 minutes. I waited 30 minutes for this. I literally have the delivery lady on camera ringing my doorbell and taking off with my mail. No chance for anyone to make it to the door to accept mail that needs to be signed for. I ordered a part shipped from Amazon for overnight delivery last Tuesday. Didn't receive it on Wednesday. I ran tracers all day and around 8pm it changed from out for delivery to attempted to deliver at 6:38. I called and the first excuse was that my apartment # wasn't on the package. I live in a house. The next excuse was that the delivery guy called in sick that day. on my 3rd call they said they had it but not sure where it was. What a complete and utter clusterxxxx! They never, ever, ever bother picking up the phone, and if for some holy miracle they pick-up, they try extremely hard to not help you and to excuse their mail delivery personnel. Our post-office person mis-delivers packages at least twice a month and they mis-direct mail weekly. Our neighbors and I find ourselves playing USPS by returning each other's mail and packages. Oh, if by chance they get the delivery right, they will make sure they leave you the wrong key so you can't access your items, this is my 4th time they do it to our household since early December. To complaint to the manager will not do any good, because no one gives a rat's ass, I hope they close down this branch of the government, it is useless!!! read more

They swapped our mail boxes without giving a notice and left a sign when they were already swapped and stated that we need to pick up our mail and keys at the post office. I also had a package that wasn't delivered because of this swap and I was sent an email stating that the carrier (USPS) has it but when I sent my husband Saturday morning to go pick up everything we had NO mail, NO keys, and NO package with them. They said we had to wait 4 business days for the keys and all mail was in the mailbox.... My husband gets his checks in the mail and we urgently needed it out and they did not help one bit. I have now tried calling the following week on a Monday and it is one hour since they opened the post office and no one picks up. Says the office is closed which makes no sense. Also, they deliver mail to us every single time and it does not belong to us, as well as our mail gets delivered to our neighbors. USPS needs to train harder and take their community in consideration. Ridiculous. read more

Today is a Good Day I have seen the reviews for this post office and I have to say that today was a Beautiful Day. I had the pleasure to speak with Ms. Star which was a very pleasing experience. I was suppose to receive it by Christmas eve at my door but they said it was delayed due to holidays. I had an investigation done and I still haven't heard from them. Sign posted on our community mail box for the past 10 days asking us to pick up mail. Called first twice (12/22 @ 2:30pm & 12/26 @ 10am) and was told mail is being held. Waited to see if mail would be put in box for the past 10 days. Arrived at the postal center to 10 people ahead of me today (12/26) and was first told mail box to be changed so no mail being delivered. Then told mail will be delivered tomorrow. Then told no mail being held. When I questioned what happened to 10 days worth of mail was told no mail being held. Said this is the first time they are being told the box is down. REALLY --- the sign on the box for the past 10 days instruct us to get the mail from your location. DO YOU THINK WE ARE IDIOTS? I know this is the holiday but you don't need to steal customers mail...we know better than to have money, cash, checks sent via mail --- customers know POSTAL THEFT IS RAMPANT!! I asked for a supervisor and was told both supervisors ("Chase & Eurtaci/Eutaci") do not want to come out they are busy. Staff at the counter started making excused that he's only the messenger, he only gives the info supervisor tells him, he can't do anything about it!! I have pictures of the sign, the interior of my box, the exterior of the community box --- with no visible damage, locked and not broken down. You just lied to a customer and think that's OK... Your sign said you are holding my mail. Then you go away to check for more than 5 minutes than come back and say no mail being held --- REALLY?!?!?! I called to find out what to do about them changing my neighborhood mail box. The man who answered the phone could not even be understood, he talked so fast. Then i sat on hold for a few minutes. Once the woman answered I asked what the deal was with the new mailbox. She told me that I have to go there to pick up new keys. When i asked what their hours were she said "9am to 3pm".
