Other UPS stores taped my box no problem. I pay so much for their shipping services, and then the lady is super rude about paying for a strip of tape. I mean really, it is tape. I have been to other UPS stores, but never one with such a disgusting attitude. She should be appreciative that she has a job during COVID-19 when most people are home. This UPS lost a customer to FedEx over bad attitude over tape. **I have returned a few times after I posted this bad review due to the need to ship items and convenience of location to my home, every time the customer service is terrible! Ugh! UPS management, please work on training for customer service for your employees at this location!

This is a great post office…read more The staff here really care about your mail and helping you with the services USPS has to offer. I visit this location regularly, to pick up mail or to ship mail. I also buy stamps. They offer all the USPS services. This is a smaller branch. There are only two cashier stands. The line can be long during the holidays, but the USPS staff get the line moving quickly. They do not have a self postage machine like the larger locations do. I appreciate the newer staff they have (2024). Becky knows a lot of the local people, and always assists with any postal service you need. The parking lot is decent; it can be busy at times. I have been to many, many USPS establishments throughout Southern California, and this one is the best.

It's a small post office but I've lived all over the nation so I've seen that before…read more I reserved and paid for a PO Box online and brought the paperwork and two proofs of ID, as stated on the post office website. I'm opening this box for the premium services offered (street address) for my business and other personal needs. The Post Office representative was surprised that I wanted a box outside of the city where I live and I explained to her it's for privacy. She said okay. Disclosure, there's no requirement that a person get a box in a city or even state close to them. It's not "address locked" but she seemed uneasy. It gave me pause. They're a federal organization. The Postmaster of this location told me she only issues boxes on certain days and asked if I could return. She said they don't have enough boxes and that the number that was assigned to me online doesn't match what they have in the post office. That's wild! Again, this is not a mom and pop organization, this is the Federal Government! So yeah, not impressed with first interaction with the representatives of this location. Would not recommend this post office.

I trusted this company to ship a car. They had the best rate and seemed friendly. However, they…read morekept stalling. I was flexible with time, but they were not honest. Knowing that the pickup location required 2 days notice, they called without notice and asked to pickup the car that day. As an exception and a favor to me, the seller was willing to have it ready in 2.5 hours. This was amazing but then 1 Flat Rate said no! Instead of shipping my car that had been waiting for over a week, they canceled shipping it that day without even rescheduling. I think they did this hoping to blame the seller--but they could not since the seller wanted it to be a good transaction for me. They strung me along for another week, still not picking up my car. 1 Flat Rate took my business, posted my car on transportation boards, and told me they had a carrier when they did not. This cost me time and money. It was my mistake to choose and trust them. After checking Yelp, there are other companies with non-fake great ratings. Thankfully, I found a good company through Yelp and my car was picked up the following day. I wish I would have found that other company first instead of wasting a few weeks with 1Flat-Rate. Research your company well so your vehicle doesn't get left behind like mine was.

I am SO happy that I did not go with these guys. READ ALL REVIEWS…read more I filled out a quote sheet online and They Contacted Me back the same day (I'm thinking great). The guy on the phone was nice-enough. After I decided to not go with them and stated it's because they did not honor their promise from their website that they could 'match or beat any price' . Keep in mind that I gave them a competitor rate and quote over the phone and asked them would they honor it (3x) and they said no due to COVID and gas prices, that is the price. So I went with a competitor FOR MY SET PRICE and these guys emailed me a long nasty email in the middle of the night with unprofessional messages like a tween saying "We can beat [competitor's] quote any day". I felt harrassed, attacked, and would Never recommend a business of this caliber. Be aware.

If you're trying to get some business flyers out in the mail, don't do what I did and try to do it…read moreyourself. Ask for Aram here at Southland - he completely took away all the hassle I was putting myself through lol!! Especially in dealing with all the requirements from the USPS for the EDDM (every-door-direct-mailing). So the USPS website for EDDM is very, very confusing and kind of vague. I thought I could do it all myself - but ended up with about 4000 flyers I couldn't send through the mail with them arggghhh!! I initially went through Vistaprint for the flyers - and thought I had the minimum measurements right - but realized I needed the postage printed on them as well (but not until I already got them through Vistaprint), which is what led me to Aram at Southland. The USPS EDDM instruction pdf lists Southland as a recommended printer. I'm so glad I found him bc he took one look at my flyers and immediately recognized that they were too small!! He really knows his stuff - and was able to get me all sorted out quickly- and they even take everything to the post office for you as well! I had some flyers leftover from my batch and of course he let me keep them. They're great quality as well- nice thickness and colorful ink etc. Excellent value! They're located in a large industrial type business center with maps, signs, and plenty of parking so it was easy to find. Their prices are super competitive!! They blow FedEx out of the water!! And I found Southland to be a much better value than Vistaprint as well. Aram is super responsive via email and was so easy to work with - will definitely be back for more flyers with our next cycle!
