There's also free medium and large flat rate boxes for priority mail. Over the years the service has been up and down but lately there seems to be a more positive customer service vibe. Even with long lines, I notice how the employees treat each person like a valuable asset. The employees are knowledgeable and answer questions regarding shipping, stamps, and any other postal questions you have. They also post notices for closures on the door, which I've found to be very helpful.

The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy.

I recently used Postal Annex to send a package through UPS. It did not arrive when expected and I lost my receipt. I called Postal Annex and asked if they could look up the tracking # for me. Deanna cheerfully gave me the tracking # and offered to look it up herself. Long story short, she opened a claim with UPS on my behalf in order to find where my package was. A few days after, the package arrived at its destination. Through the whole process, Deanna kept me informed and even tried to obtain a refund for me. Although UPS did not agree to a refund, the kind, considerate and professional service I received from this young lady far exceeded my expectations in customer service.
