No stars for this business , the lady is rude and the whole policy for not giving tape is ridiculous. Went in to ship two packages and one wasn't taped so I had asked if I can borrow the tape she had on her desk and she said no our policy doesn't allow it. I then asked why not If you have it on your desk. She had already taken my first package. So I walked to buy tape and said that's dumb , where she the responded I'm not going to service you I'll take the one package not that one , I'm not dumb. To where I responded I said your policy is dumb not yourself. She then said I'm not going to service you and handed me my other package I walked out saying you're fng rude and went to staples and they taped my package with no problem . They also overcharge you for shipping paid $36 for shipping another time. I bought my own label maker and used a website and paid $6 to ship my items . I send 10 boxes of goods to Walmart through FedEx, but this store accepts 5 boxes! Other stores have not limited the number of shipments!

The new owners of this postal annex run this business like it's just a weekend project. They close early regularly, not caring how it impacts customers. Too many times now I have gone to pick up my mail and they are closed during their regular business hours. There is always a note on the door saying that they had to close at 2:30 and they are "sorry for the inconvenience." To the owners: Does your house flood every week? Did someone have a heart attack? Why do you keep closing early? Please sell the business to owners who want to run it like a real business. read more

Had gone here once to try and send a package to my husband because he is on deployment. They wanted to charge me $90 for a tiny package being through priority mail via usps. When I asked why is it so much they said because of its destination. Told them no thanks & took my package to the postal office and paid $40 for it to be sent priority mail via usps.... could've been straight up & told me you guys also charge an extra fee... The new set of people that work there are lazy ! They take forever to put mail in the boxes . I've had other people's mail put into my box and had to tell them this belongs to somebody else . Since Angie and her family sold this business to the new owners, the place has really gone downhill. They don't stock half of the boxes that they have on display, there are constantly new employees at the front counter, none of whom know me by name like the previous owner did. They continually close early, before the time shown in the door. True, they do sometimes send out emails stating that they are closing early on a particular day, but it's happening more and more. I went to go get my mail last night, got there at 5:10pm, and they closed the door and turned out the lights and left me on the sidewalk. I have travel across town to get there, then, I had to circle the parking lot to find a space, find one at the opposite end of the lot, and walk all the way up to the store to have them close the door in my face. I would absolutely give zero stars if that were possible. This was the worst customer service I had ever received. We were told two times in the same day to come back because they didn't have the staff to do a live scan. We came back the second time at the original time we were told to return, and she still could not help us with a live scan. Not only were they absolutely unprofessional, but both girls were complete jerks. When I asked to speak with a manager she skirted around giving me any type of contact information. When I asked to have her call on their business phone so I could speak to him right then and there she came up with every excuse possible for me not to call him. read more
