I had a couple Amazon returns to take care of before the by date. I found this UPS Store in the high desert and they were still open until 6:00 PM so I was on my way. Got here in a knick of time. There was 15 mins to spare, however, 8 people were ahead of me. I only saw one lady behind the counter. I wasn't worried... I was already in the door LOL. While I was waiting, I was looking around... a pretty standard UPS store with personal mailboxes, stationeries, different sizes of boxes, shipping stuff, and more. Within a few minutes, the line started to move really fast... I said cool. Then I noticed another lady was behind the other side of the counter had came to the rescue. Thank you! After I got up to the counter, the transaction was done in less than 1 minute. Thank you UPS for great friendly staff and fast service! I shall be back to this location should I need future UPS services. Btw, just a suggestion, maybe one day, there can be a self service returns drop off kiosk. read more

I went in before closing and I was returning a torn box with a big dog kennel that FedEx dropped off with missing items from their carelessness. Arlene R and Sarah helped me tape up the box that Amazon said was ok to return ,especially after I expressed concern that the box wasn't shippable for return . These ladies made it possible for me to return my item even though the box wasn't salvageable but they took the extra time to box up my item . I appreciate you ladies for taking the time to make my experience with my return so smoothly and ensuring that I was ok with my return. UPS is a joke, the delivery service is fraudulent. The drivers do not care about your packages. They have always thrown my packages over the fence. And when I for a pick up, they deny it. They said it's too late to change for a pick even before the package was delivered. Pathetic! I hope UPS realize how stupid they are and make changes to better connect with customers. read more

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS UPS STORE IF YOUR PACKAGES ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU! This is the second issue I have had with this UPS Store. MY ENVELOPE WAS OPEN AND EMPTY! This wasn't a closed box, but a envelope with no weight at all! They had an acceptance tag on it that said it was delivered in good condition. The manager said he would tell his employees to do better. HOW! do you accept an obviously, open and empty package for your customer? The whole purpose is for them to receive packages for the customer. THE MANAGER SAID TO TAKE IT UP WITH AMAZON! Why did they accept an empty package? The employee said he just takes them and labels them he doesn't have time to check to see if there is anything in an obviously open and empty envelope package!!!! I have this address on all my business items but will be looking for a new mailing option. I don't have to take this My first issue was them letting the delivery person take the item back they said they delivered. I got the ticket, went to the counter and they couldn't find a time-sensitive item. Later, after investigation, it was delivered. What kind of training, is being given? They apparently close there cimputers before 6pm. By 6:01 everything shut down no lead way for package pick up. I will admit my delivery time was by 9pm so i was thrilled to see it arrived early. Do not use this place... I dropped off a package on July 24 at 4:11PM and it never made it to it's shipping location... TRACKING NUMBER says it NEVER left this store... they do not even seemed concerned about it... they keep passing the buck saying the DRIVER must not have scanned it.... BULL S--T... I just started an investigation through UPS... Beware using this place there must be a thief lurking around waiting for anything of value... I came in today to open a business mailbox and I as I walked out my business partner said he had done the same. So I turned around to cancel my box and I waited around while they reached the owner. The woman said the owner couldn't refund me because he couldn't take the box off to rent it again - so they couldn't cancel it. Does that even make sense ? We have had P.O. Boxes for years and never heard such thing. It wasn't even 20 mins when I tried canceling it . I ask for a call back from the owner and still haven't heard from him. read more

First off, I didn't even know this particular location existed only because it's not easily visible from Main Street. I regularly receive several boxes each week and was visiting another UPS Store. That store was a bit fussy, so I searched for another. This UPS Store (on Main Street), is top notch. Both my husband and I have each picked up boxes at this store on different times and days. Before I provided a rating, I wanted to visit them more than once or twice to verify that it wasn't just a "fluke" that they were good. Staff at this location is always friendly, helpful and courteous. They have even helped load the boxes into my car. The boxes were not heavy by any means, it was simply a service they offer. On Oct 1st I came into this location to drop off a package. There was 2 ladies there. The one that helped me had long black hair and let me tell you about her. I came in and when she saw me she rolled her eyes and said can I help you? I recently moved here so I don't want bad blood with anyone but this lady was so rude. My package wasn't closed so I asked her if she can close it for me. She rolled her eyes again and made a sound and taped up my box. She said Do you want a receipt? I said yes! Once again she made a noise like frustrated with me. Then I said Thank you and she ignored me and said NEXT! I stayed to look at some little cards they have and she was super nice to her. Be Aware!!! I dropped off a package for USPS to this UPS store as they told me they accepted items and gave them to a USPS driver daily. 4 days later and my package had not been scanned in or accepted by USPS. The ladies at this UPS store were rude and said USPS had picked up all the packages and to contact the post office. I contacted the post office. They had never received the package. On a last whim I called the UPS hub in Victorville where I was lucky to locate my package!! The workers here are rude and made no attempt to help me. I love this little store. What don't they do here? The customer service is the best. The young blonde gal who works here is underpaid I'm sure. She is a very hard worker, doing 5 things at once. If I was a business owner I would steal her in a heart beat. She acknowledges you when you walk in, with a smile; if she can't get to you right away she advises you she'll be right with you; she moves from customer to customer quickly and efficiently. SO helpful here. I came to print and fax some very important documents. She printed four sheets out for me that I emailed to the store. I thought I had everything that I needed, but I still had to leave and retrieve a direct deposit sheet from the Bank of America down the street. She was able to suspend my transaction so that I wouldn't have to pay twice. I only had ten dollars with me, so I was worried that I would over spend. My total came out to seven something. That's for 4 print outs and 4 pages to fax. I forgot how much printing is, but I do know that 1 page to fax is $1... Pretty pricey, if you ask me. The woman helping me, I wish that I remembered her name, but she was skinny, middle aged, shorthaired brunette/strawberry blondish, high pitched voice, mentioned that they are "always willing to work with you" when it comes to your payment. read more

Our experience with the Hesperia and Apple Valley stores has been very positive. We are most often greeted by name when we enter their store. We have a mail box there. The service is excellent and if we have a package, we always get a call to let us know it's arrived. Since we have a box there we get discounts for services. We highly recommend using the UPS store instead of the Post Office. read more
