Desiree and the crew were absolutely wonderful with helping locate and repackaging of our box. Great customer service.

UPS sucks! They send me a text message stating it will be delivered today from 10:15am - 2:15pm. No show. I took the rest of the day of work for this package. Literally, waited over 2 hrs to get hold of a live agent to tell me it's probably going to be delivered Monday. I mean, delivering is what their service is and they can't even do there job. Will never ever use UPS. It's Monday day of delivery's. Received a text from UPs yet again stating delivery from 10:15am - 2:15pm. They did it again not holding to their promise. Iam still waiting for my package. This company is a joke! read more

I made a purchase from Costco, I got a message from UPS telling me my package was out for delivery on the 15th. I called UPS the next day when it did not arrive. . Your package had not been scanned since the 10th, I asked why the email said it was out for delivery? No response. UPS, I'm switching to FedEx. The customer service people had an another person call me the next The person told me that they either gave my package it to the wrong person, it was stolen, I asked her why they would say it is going to be delivered the next day? UPS rep very kindly replied, to get you off the phone. I called Costco, they immediately replaced the airbuds and had them delivered by Instacart. read more

Their drivers steal packages. I had 2 Bose speakers stolen over the course of 2.5 weeks. Crooks! The packages were sent to my mother's house. Since she lives in Del Webb, they think they can swindle the elderly. Horrible customer service read more

Wow. I refused delivery of a package earlier today, and then the UPS driver came back hours later, at night, after 8pm, and left the package out near the street, leaning on our chainlink fence without any warning. We thought it was on its way back to the shipper. The package was left with the smell of gas or oil all over it. Really weird. read more

They refuse to deliver my package to my home and continue to say it's undeliverable at my address. They say they tried to drop off my package when I've been waiting for it all day and no one has attempted to drop anything off. I even called to have an update for the driver yet they keep saying the same thing when I haven't seen a driver all day! It's been two day of the same thing and now they're going to send my package back to sender for some reason? They said they would call me yet I got no call and now I won't get my package. read more

Every single time I come here to drop off a package they close and lock their doors as soon as I walk up to the door and they have cones blocking the entrance. They think that the tinted windows blocks us from seeing them but we can see them very well just staring at us as they lock the doors. This happens at all hours of the day. Straight up lazy bums in this place. Will start taking my business to FedEx right next door - where they actually work for their money. read more

We had been waiting two hours for the center to open. The sign said nine and we were told 10. It is now 11:30. An employee came out and told us another 15 minutes. Then he gave us serious attitude because we were a little pushy and made the comment "I don't have to open the door" Really! He wouldn't have a job if there were not customers. Both the driver and the associates names were Jason. Both went above and beyond and my fiancé and I thank you so much! read more

UPS FACILITY MISDRECTED MY PACKAGE: Ordered an item from Costco on 8/25/23 and it was arrived at the Victorville UPS Facility on Saturday,8/26/23. It then was in "Limbo" (was sent by UPS Shure Post) for three days showing it had a USPS Tracking Number. (As of today 8/30/23, the Post Office is still showing it is awaiting shipment from UPS Shure Post) Today 8/30/23 I find that my package is now in Portland, Oregon which is One Thousand Miles from Victorville, CA. and the "estimated" delivery date is now 9/7/23: Went to the Victorville Office service center to complain and the person at the front desk would not listen or understand the problem. They blamed the Post Office, and I kept saying that the Post Office has NEVER received it. read more

I took one of my prepaid eBay packages in to get checked for weight and dimensions to make sure it was accurate and would not get over-charged, but the lady said "your fine, they never check them." They did end up checking it, and I ended up getting charged $150 shipping when the original estimate was $60. It was a large triangular shaped package that I believe they miss measured, which bumped it up to the next package tier price. I got ripped off a weeks worth of my family's groceries. read more

I was supposed to receive a rush package from my Bank on Friday or Saturday. It's now Sunday and package has not arrived. UPS is HORRIBLE at not only delivering On Time Packages but also destroying packages during delivery. A while back I ordered a Pressure washer, when delivered I noticed the container it was in was pretty tore up. Once I opened the box the pressure washer was basically destroyed and unusable. Recently I ordered books, when I received these books for my Grandchildren the box in which they were shipped in was broken open and a couple books torn. First of all, I was supposed to receive a package this Tuesday it turns out to be that I got a notification saying that it was delivered and signed by someone. when I noticed, that signature was not mine or not no one that lives in that household. So, I called UPS distribution Center and they had told me that. I guess the driver had sent, the box to the wrong house. How is that even possible doesn't the driver see the numbers in front of the house and doesn't he see that the person assigned was a male not even a female, did he even ask if that person lives, in the household makes no sense obviously they're not doing their job correct now, I got, to deal with making two claims and having a Father's Day gift late this really sucks!!!! And to top it off this gift was worth 600.00!!! All thanks to this retarded driver that can't read or see the Address correct so frustrating !! read more

Their exponentially poor service isn't circumstantial; it's habitual. This is the 4th time this location claimed my package was undeliverable. Evidently, they have an unwavering commitment to lie when they don't feel like following through with deliveries. The same exact thing happens. The package is set to be delivered in the morning, they claim they can't get into a gate! (THERE IS NO GATE AT THIS LOCATION) Then they try and ship it back to the merchant. You call the location and they say they can't instruct the carrier who just left to turn around and exercise integrity! Ive paid for expedited shipping just to have a package shipped from my house back to Florida because of a lie. It's unacceptable service and leadership. The managers KNOW this happens frequently! Someone please exemplify an once of integrity or find another job. read more

UPS strikes again. UPS screwed me out of $200 12 years ago, and I have been on a vendetta ever since. When I buy an item online, I always specify "do not ship by UPS". Today I received an item where the package was obviously damaged, with a large hole in the box. The driver rang the doorbell and ran, for by the time I got to the door he was gone. The contents were damaged and the dis-honesty of the driver was obvious. Calling UPS customer service is a joke. The service you get is over a barrel. Join the masses and drive these conniving SOBs out of business. read more

Not happy at all... husband ordered shoes 3 weeks in advance for our daughters wedding - shoes never showed up.. called and was told that they will open an investigation with UPS that will take at least 10 days. Once the investigation is complete and UPS reimburses them (however long that takes), they will reimburse us. Asked if they could just send us another pair of shoes in lieu of the investigation and was told they could not do that: although John offered us to order another pair at a discount... WHAT! To boot, called UPS and was told no Investigation had been opened, so we opened one of our own!! Starting to wonder if this website is just a sham!!! More to come A few days after I posted this review UPS came by and asked my hubby to sign something that said he did NOT receive the package... we waited until today, as there was no communication from either UPS or Shoes.com, September 20 and here we go again... phone call to find out where ours refund is. I was told that UPS told them that my hubby said he did receive the package... so now they want us to wait another 10 days so they can do another investigation on why the wrong info was sent... this time I was not so pleasant... I was NOT happy! So here we are again, They have had our Money now for over a month... I am thinking that a fair interest rate would be 100%, compounded daily... I smell an Opportunity for new legislation on corporations... more to come!!!!! read more

UPS is the worst delivery service in history. USPS breaks everything but UPS will change the shipping label and deliver to someone else at random. If they have trouble finding your address, they will deliver to whomever they please. If you need to call to speak to a person, oh well can't have that either, definitely no one local, drivers cannot contact you, and it's your fault for even needing a delivery. They don't even care if they get bad reviews, they just keep going and toss out the packages randomly. Must be in their policy and training manual. read more

I'm so sick of this UPS Center in Victorville Ca, and the UPS driver in Pinon Hills Ca. The supervisor Carol is as much help as a rock! She does not care about a customer or how my family and I are abused by the driver in Pinon Hills, or how she handles my situation. Carol at the UPS Distribution Center in Victorville Ca. states that my address is flagged due to thief in my area. Really??? I have a fenced in yard with 10 yes 10 cameras around my property and a create attached to the fence and still not good enough. No other neighbor in my area is flagged so she's lying to me. IT'S GOOD ENOUGH FOR FEDX to leave the package. The regular driver (I choose to block his name out) and Carol at the Distribution Center in Victorville Ca won't give his name out! Ha what a joke. He refuses to honk the horn as noted on my account he knows I WFH and still leaves a sticky note to have me or a family member drive 14 miles to get to the UPS store. Carol and this no name driver are by far the worst I have ever dealt with and Corporate will be hearing from me again. WILL BE USING FEDX WHEN POSSIBLE unfortunately not all places use FEDX. sure wish they did. Made a second report on the lovely Carol and the no name UPS driver both in Victorville Ca. read more

I am very disappointed that with all the package stealing going on, the UPS delivery lady left 5 packages worth over $600 in full view from the street when she could have put them 3 feet from their location completely out of sight. I have packages sent to this location many times per month. Every time I send anything to this location its misplaced lost or sent back. I had a package sent to me from amazon and they said my address did not exist after confirming with me that this was the right location the package was being sent to. I spoke with Christina which was very rude and on top of that she told me to go pick up my package between 7:30-8pm. After leaving work early and driving down from big Bear I was told that the package was returned. Christina made me drive almost an hour away just to pick up a package that wasn't even there. She was rude and even said it's not my fault you have the wrong address. I tried explaining to her that I had never change the address of the package being sent then again she insisted that I did. When speaking with the manager in person turns out that they had gotten a last name just like mines and assume that was the correct address and tried to deliver it there. It surprised me how careless a company can get to the point where now they are guessing your address. And as long as the package says delivered on their end they still get paid. Time to start buying stuff in person. read more

Wow ups you did it again, I had a package scheduled to be delivered to the Victorville ups locker for me to pick it up. I came in to drop off a prepaid postage package and waited about 8 minutes before anyone even walked into the office which was odd... I've dropped off these packages with return labella before a dozen times and without even looking at it, the guy told me to go to the post office and that it needed to be elsewhere. I understand if you can't do something, but maybe act like you tried? I have a sneaking suspicion that when I go to drop it off at another ups location there won't be any issues. Seemed like an okay place, but definitely brushed me off. read more

UPS that delivers in this area is horrible. Just yesterday I heard a truck so I went outside and it was UPS. Cool, I have been expecting a very large package for a week. I heard the girls on the truck laughing and saying "F#$% that, leave that s&*^ I'm not going to... I couldn't hear the rest. They were taking a long time and so I went back inside and watched on my camera. The package is glass. Well, she finally comes out with two small boxes and that was it. Guess what? The package marked "out for delivery" was now showing due to operating conditions, your package may be delayed./ Delivery will be rescheduled" This is why I refuse to use UPS for my business. It is dirty, the employees don't care about their jobs, customer service is horrible. Heck, at Christmas we had a driver deliver a package with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, rang our doorbell and handed the package off all with the cigarette hanging there. read more
