I bought a couple lawn chairs and cup holders from Amazon. Unfortunately, the chairs were not the most comfortable so I decided to return them, but I had to send them back to the third party seller instead of Amazon. It has been 3 weeks in the waiting to get the return issue squared away with Amazon. The third party seller and Amazon were not able to provide a pre-paid return label. How hard is that? Anyway, I finally got Amazon to provide me assurance that they will reimburse me for the shipping charges (even though it said free return at the time of purchase... funny, that free return blurp was taken down soon after I brought it to their attention LOL) after I have shipped the items back to the seller and received my refund. I was informed that I could use Pirateship to generate a cheaper shipping label, but I went directly with UPS Store instead. Sorry I had to provide some background... so now let's get to this review LOL. I went to this UPS Store in Victorville. It was kinda of messy in the back of the store with so many packages stacked up. They also provide P.O. mailbox options which is nice, but it looks tight back there though. The line was okay with about 5 people ahead of me. They could probably provide a better lining system... I felt people were just standing wherever that looked like a line. They got through everyone in reasonable times. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Thank you Valerie for your above and beyond service! My return package was 33 in x 26 in x 8 in at about 13.5 lbs, but they had to bump it up to 15 lbs... don't remember why. The total bill came out to be $100+. Definitely not cheap to return big bulky items. This was a lesson learned for me. I've had previous Amazon returns which were easy and simple, but this was the worst. Gotta look at the third party seller and their return policy a bit closer before buying. Happy UPS'ing!

Worst store for Amazon returns. If your returning Amazon or UPS go somewhere else. Always crowded always 45 min even with 5 full time staff.

I had to return a pair of loafers that I bought from Amazon. Staples was one of the options to…read moreaccept Amazon returns for free without the need for me to package the item or do anything else... just bring it to Staples. Hence, I am here. I arrived around 7:00 PM with my loafers in a box. Lady behind the counter scanned my QR code and the item. She printed my receipt plus $10 off any $30 purchase. It was quick and easy. Of course I couldn't pass up on the discount offer. So I walked around the store to see if there was anything I need. I saw some food containers that would have come in handy. However, they ran out of the lower cost ones and I didn't want to spend double to get less containers. I ended up buying a wall charger, a car charger, a Takeya 64 oz water bottle, and some sandwich zip lock bags. I didn't leave the store until 5 minutes till closing time. Yes, it took me a while to choose my items LOL. Staff was pleasant and patient. Store was clean and organized. However, there were a few aisles that were out of stock on things. The discounted or sale items were scattered a little bit. Anyway, I will definitely reuse Staples for Amazon returns in the future. Thank you!
