I had to return an Amazon package here, and was not given a drop-off receipt. After asking for one, the young lady said they don't give out receipts. I took a picture of my package in her hands, as my proof. She also said that it would take a couple days to show up in my returns, when the UPS store returns show up instantly, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. I've decided to not drop off packages here again, because I don't like taking chances. Luckily, the Amazon app offers many different choices for dropping off returns. Lastly, every time I have stopped in this store there have been lines that are way too long, and don't appear to be moving. read more

It's my first time shipping out a package, so I needed a box and paper for filling in the extra space,, the staff was beyond amazing helping me out with the entire process, and to make things better not only did they have the supplies I needed but I was able to ship out my package today which was my deadline, StockX better have my money. read more

Their policies appear to be arbitrary and inconsistent. On one visit they are willing to bring a scheduled, paid for print job out to disabled customers in the parking lot. Next visit, this is "against policy" because "that would be 'delivery'." Do whatever you want in terms of "policy", but don't first set the precedent, arbitrarily walk it back, then disrespect paying customers as if they're "faking" or being unreasonable to ask for a 20 second walk to their vehicle. Go elsewhere if you want customer service read more

Natalie in the print shop is AMAZING!!! Her Assistance with my order from beginning to end was the best. She took the time and was extremely patient and helpful. Good Employees are so hard to come by and Staples should be thankful they have her. Thank you Natalie for your excellent Customer Service. read more

The Amazon ladies there are rude, there was a black and hispanic lady at the kiosk. They didn't say hello or anything to me or the three customers that came after me. Just had there head downs and occasionally glanced at me. I had multiple returns and brought the same box the items came in and was told by Nadie that she won't take the empty box from me, who refused to give me her name the first three times that I politely asked ( Hispanic girl). Every time I've done a return they have taken the box and wouldn't give me a reason on why she won't take it. read more

I had to return a pair of loafers that I bought from Amazon. Staples was one of the options to accept Amazon returns for free without the need for me to package the item or do anything else... just bring it to Staples. Hence, I am here. I arrived around 7:00 PM with my loafers in a box. Lady behind the counter scanned my QR code and the item. She printed my receipt plus $10 off any $30 purchase. It was quick and easy. Of course I couldn't pass up on the discount offer. So I walked around the store to see if there was anything I need. I saw some food containers that would have come in handy. However, they ran out of the lower cost ones and I didn't want to spend double to get less containers. I ended up buying a wall charger, a car charger, a Takeya 64 oz water bottle, and some sandwich zip lock bags. I didn't leave the store until 5 minutes till closing time. Yes, it took me a while to choose my items LOL. Staff was pleasant and patient. Store was clean and organized. However, there were a few aisles that were out of stock on things. The discounted or sale items were scattered a little bit. Anyway, I will definitely reuse Staples for Amazon returns in the future. Thank you! read more

Came here 01/22 for printing services and Sharina was taking initiative all throughout the store. She was great with a full smile on her face helping every customer out. I appreciate her courteous attitude and service, that's management behavior right there. Thanks Sharina! :) read more

I basically come here to ship things out and I much prefer the one on near Jess ranch, the staff are always in a mood and I usually print labels and ship out from there, and there and the processes take's forever since there stingy with there labels but at the same time it takes 20 mins for them to notice you read more

I love going into staples. I don't know what it is about office supplies but I could wonder the aisles for a while. I'm here at least a couple times a month. I love that you can print stuff and now you can drop off Amazon returns which is so much better than going to Kohl's. read more

I requested to get some valentine's day newspaper inspired prints done here at staples, and Nikki & Anaya (hopefully i spelt their names right) they were truly the sweetest and so helpful. I really appreciate that, because I was having a very stressful evening due to the rain storms and their kindness made a huge difference to me. The value for my posters was great :) Nikki really helped me to understand the sizes and measurements and suggestions to further help complete my project, thank you girls again, i will definitely come back :) read more

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE! THANK YOU TO THIS AMAZING TEAM & SUMMER! I emailed staples for my prints, and it didn't seem to work. Summer noticed that I was waiting for a very long time, and she swooped right in to help me! She gave me a new email address to send my things to, and thank goodness it worked! I got my prints for 1.50 and I was on my way! 5 mins later, I realized I sent the wrong thing and needed more prints of something else!! I went back again and they were so cool about it! Summer was gone for the day and her boss took over, and got me my new prints. I think her name was heather? I'm not sure, but she was awesome too! There was also two younger black girls, maybe my age? And a young Mexican guy, (possibly my age too. Today was his birthday! lol. Happy birthday to him! ) and they were all so friendly and helpful. When I came back for the second time, the manager gave me my prints for free. How cool is that?! It's rare to get good service like this, and I couldn't be happier to bring my business back to a place like this. Amazing job, staples! Wish all of them were like this store! read more

Do not I repeat do not let " Marissa " at the Printing Station for help you . I picked up my business cards and they printed them wrong . She proceeded to tell me that I did it wrong online . When in fact, I did them in the store with one of the employees managing the printing . Also, I have in my email where I sent it the correct way . She continues getting an attitude clapping her hands as if she's frustrated. After all of that tells me they will print them again for free. I then leave the store with the box of old cards that they didn't ask for back . After I leave they called to come back and bring the old cards back . Then Marissa start laughing with and customer that was in line . Not acceptable Staples ! The black girl and Hispanics girl with the glasses led handle things well . Truly appreciate them . read more

I had to take a moment to compliment 6 employees I had the pleasure of being helped. Visiting the store today was a really good experience! My printer broke so I went in to print my labels I was thrilled to see I could leave my USPS packages! What a time saver. The young lady that helped me gave me a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase of paper towels etc. I actually needed all of that so it was a nice find. The tape dispenser was out and that employee quickly replaced the tape. A temp was there and he was so pleasant! The 2 ladies at the register were AMAZING! There was a problem with my transaction and the manager came and took care of it. Looks like the employees are treated well because you can feel how genuine they are. That service starts from the manager setting a great example! Thank you for a great experience today!!! read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Every employee was helpful, professional and had a cheerful and positive attitude.

I have always loved Staples and been a long time, loyal customer for years. They always gave exceptional service and help. However, on November 1, 2024, I had an emergency and needed to print out a document from my emails. I signed on, couldn't find my document, signed off, removed my card, found the document on my phone, reinserted my card, signed on again, and printed out the 2 copies I needed. I left. I received two receipts by email. One for $3.58 and one for $0.98. When I checked my bank account hours later, there were two charges from Staples for $10 each. The other two charges were not even mentioned on my bank statement. When I called Staples to ask what happened, I was told I should have read the fine print more carefully. What the Fluff? The person explained that it was a $10 login fee. There are no signs on the computers, nobody explained it. SUPPOSEDLY, it's in the fine print terms you have to agree to. Someone should have told me about it when I requested to use the computer. And, most importantly, I'm not a lawyer, but I read on the internet that a business cannot charge you without giving you a receipt. I don't have a receipt for the $20 they billed my bank. As of today, Nov. 3, I don't have the money returned. I doubt I ever will. I used to love them. Now I can't trust them. read more

You go in there and the workers are very unprofessional and talking loudly about other coworkers while I'm standing there not being helped. One of the young ladies was bragging about how she asked one of the managers /supervisors how nice it must be to sit in an air conditioned office and not have to work. I figure with that attitude you won't know what it's like to be in an air conditioned office if you can't even get tend to your business, which is the customer's on the floor. read more

The manager here was so inconsiderate in a tight spot, unwilling to help me out or even have empathy for the situation I was in. Needed something printed for an interview and was told it would take an hour to print a paper. Another employee didn't know how to do anything anyone asked her. I'll never shop at another staples again because of this location. No wonder tour stores are closing everywhere. She should be looked at more closely as the face of your company staples. Do better lady. read more

The girls who work at the printing service are seriously the most rude workers ever. They are miserable with life and should not be working in service if they cannot be helpful. Every time they are cranky. Ignore you while you are waiting to pick up your order. They need to quit and reflect on their lives before getting a new job. read more

Looks like most of the complaints are coming from the printing dept. They need to retrain your employees on customer service skills even if it means smiling when they feel miserable at their job. I'm saying that because it was clearly visible that the associate wasn't so customer service oriented. This reflects on the quality of service. The associate ended up messing up on our print size, she couldn't get it right the 1st time. read more

If you want to do paid work experience, I wouldn't recommend working at this Staples, especially if you're quiet or an introvert. In my experience, I was really uncomfortable. Most of the employees and managers weren't welcoming, so I was closed off immediately. They didn't acknowledge me much and seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. The manager Kat was irritated by me because of a situation that was out of my control and the majority of the time, I had to figure out what to do around the store in order to make myself useful. The staff hardly told me what to do. I had to ask. Again, I wouldn't try Staples. read more

0 stars! Never go here for printing services. I paid for SAME DAY PICK UP. I walked in at 1030am to get business cards and a poster done. I asked how soon will it be done and the girl said no later than 7:30pm that day. My receipt even says a 7:30pm stamp. I call around 6pm to get an update and some girl named Liz said it will be ready by tomorrow. I mentioned that I need the poster for a baby shower down the hill and I'll be leaving at 6am, so it won't work for me. They said I should have paid for express but for a SAME DAY service request?! That's ridiculous!!! How can staples offer same day when it's not even guaranteed?? I wasn't even warned about this potential delay when I paid. This needs to be said at checkout to every customer for any type of print job. I asked for the girls first and last name and said she will not give me her last name GIGGLING at my frustration?! (Review the call, corporate, to see that I'm not exaggerating) She knew I was super frustrated but to giggle on top of that??? She also said if I call corporate that they will know who Liz the cashier is. Y'all need some real training on customer service. You never giggle when a customer is mad. And to take it personal for when a customer is upset?? I didn't even call you names or say anything offensive?? Y'all are supposed to sympathize and be understanding. Make the customer feel heard and understood, even if you disagree otherwise. I get when customers offend you but other than that, no reason to giggle on someone's frustration. That's terrible.... And this is coming from someone who's done extensive customer service training. The days of decent customer service are long gone... SMDH What makes me most upset is the SAME DAY service, which is complete false marketing/advertisement. This is a huge disappointment. ----- Update: I ordered from another location and said it will be ready no problem. Will report back! Latest update: the staples in LA said I would only pay express if I need it in those few hours, not same day! Same day service is supposed to be ready on the same day. SMH read more

I'm only giving this location 3 stars because Daysha made everything ALOT better, Taylor in printing really needs to work on her customer service skills, never have I been ignored at a location when asking for assistance, YOU printers were not working correctly, Taylor didn't even bother to assist , Jaír said screen shot it and resend, Daysha saw I was clearly irritated, took 3 seconds and said ohh let me move this setting and it should work... Yea.. I stood here, resent my stuff for work 3 times before a competent person understood I needed assistance. read more

Horrible customer service. I accidentally left my ID on the printer, when I left and realized my error I immediately called the store to have it held.
