There's also free medium and large flat rate boxes for priority mail. Over the years the service has been up and down but lately there seems to be a more positive customer service vibe. Even with long lines, I notice how the employees treat each person like a valuable asset. The employees are knowledgeable and answer questions regarding shipping, stamps, and any other postal questions you have. They also post notices for closures on the door, which I've found to be very helpful.

I've used the Amazon kiosk (it's a touchscreen) to scan returns where Amazon provided the label and I still have the box. There's a slot next to the kiosk where smaller items can go into the bin. The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy.

Seeing her interact with customers on anything and everything USPS related or not, then knowing everyone's name?! With all knowing her name too. Old school priceless! Other USPS office staff can learn a lot from her. Just as I was losing faith in USPS in general, she brings light. I met Cynthia in June. Went back on July 1st, there was another lady working. Didn't look at me, let alone stop as I asked a question. Never asked if I needed help, nothing. I left bummed considering I had over a 100 mile trek home (as I wait the perfect 2 - 5 acre lot in Oro Grande). So thankful, Cynthia did not leave. She is beyond cool & kind. With post office being quite the relic. Other post offices can keep their fancy stuff, higher prices, bad moods and terrible service, this place is a gem!

Meanwhile, line got longer from her lack of customer service skills. She belongs in the back. Bad day for her? Hates her job? Death in family?
