I visited the Post Office here on Green Tree. I was driving up when the post office was closing at 3pm so I figured I'd take advantage of the self service station where I could print out my labels and still be able to get my packages shipped. To my disappointment the service was out of order. I asked one of the clerks about it, of course she was clueless. So I stood at the end of the already enormous line hoping that one more person would'nt make to much of a difference since the line was huge.The clerk yelled at me to leave. I thought that was very unprofessional since she know that the self service had bee down for several days. No apology regarding the master or compassion. The most rude employee I have ever met! Not only is this lady in sweats but with two lines one for pick up and one retail, the pick up line is to the door. Yet they keep helping new retail customers that came in after pick up. Once people asked why are 20 mins waiting with no help, she decided to yell "why don't you mind your business"... COMMITTING FRAUD OUT IN THE OPEN. IF THEY BEHAVE LIKE THAT AT THE FRONT COUNTER, WHAT DO THEY DO BEHIND THAT WALL? I was at this location in Nov/Dec 2025. At the end of the transaction, a tall (around 6 ft. tall, maybe a little taller) bald guy with ruddy skin (rosacea? sunburn?) reached across the counter before I had a chance to read what the display said, and he gave himself a 5-star rating. When I realized what he'd done, I asked him if he'd just given himself the highest rating without my permission. He smirked and said, "Well, you looked like you were smiling, so I gave myself 5 stars." Right away, the young Latina clerk (she had brown skin, fried brassy bleached hair with long dark brown roots, length of hair just below her shoulders) who was working at the next station over smirked and asked him, "How did you do? Did you get a good rating?" Then looked at me, letting me know that she'd heard our exchange and thought that it was funny. He answered, "Five stars, baby!" And they both snickered. The guy then turned a deeper shade of red, gave me an aggressive look, and said, "Why, did you not want to give me a 5-star rating?" I told him that I would have given him a high rating, but after his little stunt, if given the chance, I would definitely not. USPS, where do you find these clowns? Their hours are horrible! Even though online it says self serving options until 7 PM. They lock the doors by 6:30 PM. Making it incredibly hard to get your mail during the weekdays for those who work down the hill, especially with 5 o'clock traffic.. They have extremely rude personnel who are very confrontational and will speak poorly of you right in front of your face. They create their own pick up lines for packages but then don't help you and will purposely make you stand there for an extra half an hour to 45 minutes just because they feel like it and then claim it's because they are understaffed and people call out too much, so clearly their own management admits that they have unreliable employees. You'll also have missing packages and opened ones. I really don't understand how this post office is so bad. The one in Spring Valley Lake location is only ran by two people and still have better service & better hours than this one does. I used to love the efficiency of this post office and how accommodating they were, but things have really gone downhill the past 2 to 3 years it seems like. read more

ZERO (0) STARS This OFFICE should be CLOSED, all employees FIRED, and banned from any possible future rehiring. Just as ONE example (but there are ENDLESS incidents and examples too numerous to mention), the female woman today (I believe her name was "Sherry"----spelling unknown) "working on" fixing broken community boxes. In my opinion, this is another CLEAR and OBVIOUS case of elder abuse by the employees of this Post Office. When given some context on how extremely difficult it was for disabled elderly to travel to the post office and the last time it took two hours to do, she said, "it did not take you two hours to get your mail from the post office". Further very gentle and polite questions to get some idea of the situation, she very abruptly and very rudely gave responses such as: "I'm working on the problem." "I have no idea of how long it will take to fix". "I cannot tell you how long I've been working on the problem." "I cannot tell you when I first started working on the problem." "I cannot give you a guess of how long it may take to fix." "I cannot give you any idea of how long it may take to fix." Again, this OFFICE should be CLOSED, all employees FIRED, and banned from any possible future rehiring. Again, this is just as ONE example. "Sherry" is just ONE example of employees who are PROTECTED from being fired, despite being reported many, many times for abusive misconduct. This is also just ONE example of why this ENTIRE ORGANIZATION needs to "lose the postal contract" and be FIRED. I called about an amazon order that was shipped through them, that they returned without attempting to deliver. Turns out they refuse to leave packages at the door in my Mother's community (P.O. Boxes only), but that was only after they tried to say I had never successfully had anything delivered to her door. It turns out Amazon trucks are willing when your order is shipped through them directly, third party Amazon orders go through USPS. What struck me though was the degree of rudeness and unwillingness to help me from the beginning though. The degree of unprofessionalism was staggering, especially from their postmaster who was rude from the moment she got on the line. My son had a passport appointment that was scheduled a month in a half ago, he missed work, we arrive early for his appointment to find out that it was canceled!! He refused to help! Stating that the cancelation was due to staffing! Not my problem we arrive early my son had everything ready.. I was very polite never did I raise my voice or use profanity as I wasn't brought up that way, But he was rude, unprofessional! I made two appointments for a passport here. Both were never. Scheduled. I reported the problem to the counter. I told them they should report the software glitch. I was told it was me not submitting properly. (Ignorant young male) I rescheduled with a different post office nearby. That day I was not going to make my appointment so I decided to cancel it so maybe someone else could slide in. Donavan waited on me took a paper with all my information on it lied and said my package was not there when it was tracked there. And my package was sent back to sender on February 9.he is colored and called me a few racial names! He never returned my personal paper. The one younger female worker there is so rude. When I walked up and said good morning to her, she ignored me and when I asked her a simple question, she responded with a huge attitude. This is the second time that I had to deal with her at this location and the first time she was just as rude. Some people should really not work in customer service. I have had good experiences there and I've had bad experiences there. They never have enough counter staff. I've had really kind people and I've had people acting like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I've had missing mail. Particularly I had ordered something from Amazon informed delivery said it was placed in my mailbox, I thought that was interesting because it would've been too big to fit in there. When I went to the post office it wasn't in my mailbox to tell me to pick it up at the counter. When I reported it not one single thing was done. The package wasn't lost. In my opinion, someone took it.I've had mail bundled up and never put inside my box. Three months later picking something up from the post office they found a bundle of my mail.. Nothings perfect but, they need to do better. They need to bring on a couple more employees. read more

I spoke to USPS customer service and they told me they do have the power to refund or redirect a package which was mislabeled. They told me I lost my $9.35 and had 0 intention of helping out. This is by far the WORST post office in the entire US! First I there was an issue having my mail delivered to my residence, for some strange reason that this post office could not answer my packages were marked not deliverable and returned to the senders. Got a PO BOX to avoid any future problems and now they are doing the same thing with the PO BOX and marking the package as customer moved and no forwarding address, returned to sender. I have never had this much problems with any other post office. The US Postal Service really needs to take a look at who ever is managing this facility, do an audit for how many shipment issues this facility has had and clean house! AVOID THIS POST OFFICE!! In the last 3 years that I have lived here, this office has lost my handicap placard, my DMV tags, and now, a expensive money order that I sent 3 weeks ago. So, I now have to wait for up to 8 weeks for a refund from Western Union along with a $15 fee for stopping the payment on the money order the Victorville Post Office lost! As an SSI recipient, I absolutely cannot afford to replace the money order...so, now I am behind on my payments. I have never been late on any payment ever...until now. This location is much newer, larger, better parking lot, nicer staff and most important a much shorter line every time! How do you ruin a business you have a monopoly on? First you create long lines. Then you stop delivering to people's mailboxes. You raise the prices of everything steadily and reduce service at the same time. Then install community mailboxes when you stop delivering to people's doors. But, don't fix the mailboxes when criminals break into them, don't catch the criminals when they break into ALL of them, and don't put in more secure mailboxes with the revenue from charging the trapped customer more money for less service. When you completely stop delivery all together (because of the broken never to be repaired or replaced mailboxes) ... refer to step one and make them wait in a long line just to pick up their mail. read more

Sorry to anyone who has the deal with them. I have had to file formal complaints 6x now. Issues I have besides the attitude and laziness of all employees- Especially one of their managers, Renee: Ive lived here a year, and in this year our outgoing mail has never been taken once! Somedays our mailman never shows up, despite having mail coming or going! Well Happy Holidays to us, because they swear a package was delivered to my door...it never was. We were outside all day. They entirely trust what their system shows and a customer will always be wrong against their yracking system- quote from what I was told. They assured me it was taken to my door and not my mailbox, Because "they would never put packages in a mailbox". Which is a lie. They have broken multiple mailboxes in our complex shoving stuff to fit so they don't need to walk to a door. And have destroyed items doing so! In my experience of going to the passport services, on the day of July 3 of 2020. I had came in for a 11:00 am appointment, for passport services. I waited 45 minutes past my original appointment and the person who had to take care of me was Tyrone. In my 15 years of living in the US I had never felt such racism towards me. I came in and I was the next one to be taken care of but for some reason he decided to skip me, knowing I was the next and only one there. He did not give help us in any way until Luis came in and helped us. He was very nice. People like Tyrone should not work there because they will not help or respect or treat anyone the same way.
