My sister and I submitted this order in person. Initially, Bill said to give him a week. At 2…read moreweeks, I called and got to speak with Bill, he stated that he'll be done with them the next day and insisted he'll call me. No call ever came. At 3 weeks, I called again. Then Bill states, "Oh those have been done and I was waiting for your call." Both conversations were witnessed by my sister. So, I finally picked up my order after 3 weeks and was really disappointed in the quality of work. You can barely read the engraving. They charge $7 per pendant engraving, total of 10 pendants, so $70. I was sooooo disappointed in the quality. Then he offered them for free, which I should have accepted and walked out, but "Bill" did do the work and I didn't feel right at the time not paying anything. So I paid $50. I get home and take a closer look at the pendants, they're all scratched up as if just tossed in a pile of junk. No care was put into this at all. When I dropped off the pendants, they were brand new and in great condition. At that time, I had informed Bill that the pendants are going to hang on my Mother's urn. This is absolutely unacceptable so I will be returning on Monday to get a refund of the $50 dollars PLUS each pendant cost of $8.75 each. $87.50 plus $50. I am due $137.50! Even if they, themselves, purchased the pendants to replace these and redo the engraving, I can no longer trust them. I should have looked into Yelp in the beginning, the 2 previous reviews are quite telling! If they had no experience in doing this type of engraving, they should have owned up to that from the beginning! This was the worst engraving work I have ever seen!! Just look at the photos and see for yourselves!

Walking into the store to try on dresses we were greeted with warmth and were given a false sense…read morethat we were in capable hands. 8 bridesmaids and a bride quickly and easily found dresses. We ordered and my daughter paid for her dress in full. We were assured that our dresses would arrive well before the wedding. We received our dress THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING only to find out it was 2 sizes too big. What's the point of taking measurements? All 8 bridesmaids had the same problem. The seamstress that we were referred to was too busy and could not help us. Luckily, I was able to find an excellent seamstress in Victorville that was able to do a rush job, which understandably wasn't cheap. Completely let down and disappointed by Smitten Bridal. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I am OBSESSED. Everyone has their own opinion on their…read moreexperience here. I was going to purchase from Ashely Furniture where my husband purchased our bedroom set just with the bed frame, mattress, box spring, and comforter protector, spent $6,000 if not more. I said let me call local furniture places and see their catalog and price match from Ashley's. I went to one which quoted me almost $2,000 just for the bed frame, then another place for this same exact bed frame almost $3,000 for the bed frame, dresser and the mirror. I called Maricella asked her for her pricing for the bed frame she gave me a jaw dropping price, so I then asked if I take the bed frame, dresser, and mirror she quoted me less then the other places. I understand as a business owner they need to make profit off sales nothing compared to Ashley's and the other places. I, as well with my daughters are very SATISFIED & BLESSED we came across this small business. We all want to save and negotiate good prices. I much rather help a family instead of making the rich, richer. I went in person to sign the contract. I ended up switching the dresser set last minute from the one I originally wanted, from another bedroom set and she zelled me back because the bed frame set that came with this bed was lesser then the one I wanted. It was the HONESTY for me. Now days people will snake you. Not her. She was very professional over the phone and when I went in person. Her workers came on time as promised between 3-5P.M. I already had a mattress I was missing the box spring so I then called her again and was like I need a box spring I forgot lol. Even then gave me a good price. It is arriving tomorrow. If you come across my review I highly suggest you guys come here. muchos thank you's Maricela. I really appreciate doing business with her. I wished I would've found her sooner. I am coming back here to get my other children their bedroom sets.
