To make matters worse, instead of coming to pick up their own trash, they forced me to haul these heavy, crappy sofas back to the store myself just so they could "repair" them. When dealing with the issue, Israel was incredibly unprofessional. He blamed me for the damage, trying to use random "probability theories" and his own personal ideas to argue that I caused it, without offering a single actual fact or piece of evidence. It is deeply insulting to be accused of ruining brand-new furniture just so they can dodge responsibility for selling overpriced junk.
