I moved away from Rancho Cucamonga 8 yrs ago. I used to buy things at ENGRAVE'N EMBROIDER THINGS. They had engraved a hat for my husband of his old Navy days. I wanted a New Hat for his birthday so I called them and they looked into it. To my surprise & prayers they found a record of it, the store stuff was very helpful in finding it. I was so happy that after all these years I could get an identical hat embroider as the previous one. thank you stuff. I recommend this store 100% Ana M. Kuzara read more

Engrave N Embroidery Things are the best around. The team is very welcoming, professional and quick! From the time we stepped foot in the door, to submitting the order, proofing and pick-up, nothing short of excellent. We had our daughter's cheer box wrapped, it was our first time, knew nothing but the team walked us thru every step (which was so easy) and they took care of the rest. They ensured everything was just as we wanted prior to printing and it came out so beautifully!! And to top it off, we weren't expecting it to be completed for a couple weeks, but they literally had it done within days! Truly top notch. read more

David and Rudy were instrumental to creating something special for my home. Dealing with daily stressors and unpleasant situations, I must have a go-to sanctuary to recharge my soul's batteries. David and Rudy were extremely receptive to my crazy ideas and visions. With a little research, I provided the team with some potential fonts and colors. With a little wizardry, expertise and lots of purple haze, the team produced a product that I would have no idea existed. Uber pleased with the end product. Unique and only mine. We were hoping to find a reliable local print shop for our company's promotional materials, but unfortunately, Engrave and Embroider fell short. After several false starts with other vendors, we came to them with high hopes. My wife provided digital artwork and a physical hat sample to their employee, Rudy on August 29, 2025, and was told proofs would be ready by the next day. That deadline came and went without delivery. After follow-ups on September 1 and 2, we learned Rudy had gone on vacation and nothing had been done. David, the manager, stepped in and sent proofs on September 5. The t-shirt proof looked great and was approved. The embroidery proof arrived shortly after, but due to timing and the assumption that the logo would match the shirts, my wife approved it without noticing a missing detail. When we picked up the order on September 19, the t-shirts were perfect--but the hats were not. The logo was incorrect, and the embroidery quality was noticeably inferior to our previous vendor in Apple Valley (I've attached pics and the artwork for comparison - see if you can tell the difference). David acknowledged the issue and invited us to return the hats if we couldn't live with the mistake, and they would make it right. However, when my wife returned them, the owner, Danny, focused on the fact that she had approved the proof and offered only to reorder the hats if we paid an additional $360. Despite the fact that they had the correct artwork and a photo reference, they still altered the logo--and expected us to absorb the cost. As a business owner myself, I believe in making things right for the customer, even if it means taking a loss. Danny clearly doesn't share that philosophy. We're now left with hats we can't use and will be returning to our previous vendor for quality and service we can trust. I wanted to leave a 5-star review. Instead, I'm leaving disappointed. Live and learn. read more

Our order was finished within 7 business days, as promised. The staff was also very friendly and informative in helping put the final touches to our flag.
