I was going to get the shirts made there, until I searched near home and found Rialto Print Company. First, I gave them a call to see if they would be able to complete the order and have it ready when I needed it in 2 days. Not only were they able to do it, they were willing to come hours early on the day of pickup at 7am to ensure that I would get to LA on time as we had a full l day scheduled! Exceeding expectations, they were ready the day before I expected!! When I got the call, that the t-shirts were ready, I wasn't near and wouldn't be able to get there before closing. Jose told me to call him and he would meet me that night so that I colud pick them up instead of me having to wait for the morning. This was even better!! Needless to say, the shirts looked great! The price was more reasonable than I would have paid DTLA! As for the turnaround time, I had already reached out to several vendors in DTLA and most couldn't even guarantee that my order would be ready when I needed. The vendors that did guarantee charged SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars EXTRA "rush fee" ! The only thing Rialto Print needed me to at least prepay half of the order total because it was last minute. I had no problem with that!! Overall, my experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! I think I've found a place for my printing needs near home and that makes me happy!!

Instead…read moreof addressing the issues and how they damage hundreds of dollars worth of my hoodies with their careless employees, they ask yelp to remove my review. So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

    I've never experienced something this ridiculous at Michaels…read more I came in, picked out and PAID for balloon bouquets, only to be told it would be a 5-hour wait to inflate them because of online orders take priority. FIVE HOURS while I'm physically standing in the store. What made it worse? One employee said there were 4 online orders ahead of me, then another (who processed my refund) said 8. Which is it? 4? 8? 20? Why does that somehow equal a 5-hour wait for something that takes minutes? There was no one else waiting in-store, yet I was told online orders come first and my only option was a refund. So you'll take my money, but can't take 5 minutes to help an in-store customer? And to further elaborate, as the employee was processing my return, I asked just one more time if they really couldn't inflate my balloons while I was there and she said no that they have 8 online orders they have to do first. I ended the short conversation with "wow, okay." This is beyond poor service, it's disorganized and unacceptable. If this is your policy, it needs to be clearly communicated BEFORE customers waste their time shopping. I expect a response from management regarding this issue, because this experience was handled terribly from start to finish.

The young lady with blonde hair who helped me was incredibly sweet and kind, and she put together a beautiful arrangement. I did not get her name... Thank you, Michael's team, for adding that special touch to our celebration. We'll definitely be back for future events!
