DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THIS STORE!!! BEWARE!!! About a month ago, we shipped some camera equipment from this store to Montana. It arrived without problem. Upon returning, we shipped two boxes of camera equipment from another UPS store. It was very expensive but wrapped very carefully. This store received the package and SENT IT BACK TO MONTANA, never notifying us or attempting to. When we contacted them, they said that was their policy although they had not notified us of that when we sent the equipment. We had to spend another $150.00 to have it shipped back, this time to our house because we will never, ever, never use this store again. Be advised, UPS will not cover the cost or get involved because it is a privately owned company. I pity anyone shipping to this store, or any private UPS store, for that matter, who is not aware of the unscrupulous way they handle incoming packages. It's a racket. I've read several people on this site who had similar problems. I don't make many reviews but this one hurt us a lot!!!! read more

Slow as hell the line was out the door I would not recommend to come here unless you want to wait outside in the long line

I have my mail delivered here since 2013 and have never had a bad experience. The manager, Krista, is awesome! She looks out for me and my husband, greets us every time we walk into the store, and she is always willing to go out of her way to help. I have never had a negative interaction with any of the employees here. One time a package was delivered and had not been scanned because of the many packages that were delivered at the same time. They weeded through the packages to find mine, so that I would not have to make a trip back. I have moved out of the area but refuse to move my box because of the great, caring service that I receive. Thank you! read more

I don't know why but I have had two packages within a month end up with missing items from them while sending out via UPS from this location. Very weird. read more

I dropped an Amazon item off here on 3/11/21. Amazon is stating that they have no record of my item leaving the store. I'm not sure if the employees are stealing items or not as Amazon does not require items to be boxed. Please be aware when taking your items to this location. I tried calling the store, but I have just gotten the run around. read more

I had called them about my package. The lady I spoke to was rude and while I was asking questions she rattled off a phone number and told me to call them then hung up on me. She wasn't friendly and I will definitely be finding another location. read more

I've been in here a couple of times for some stationary paper stock, pens, and envelopes~ it has a real mom-n-pop sort of feel to it so I previously never took it seriously when having to make copies or sending out packages; but that mindset is a changing. With the last visit I made here I wasn't looking forward to making copies and mailing out this particular document, but it had to be done. First I had to make copies: 100+ pages and was dreading on going to FedExKinkos; but since the UPS Store provided the same service and was closer to where I lived I decided to go here in order to save time because I did not think I was going to save money. Low and behold I did save money! The breakdown of their prices is 10 cents/per page under 100 b&w copies and 6 cents/per page for 100+ b&w copies. I was at 103 pages that needed to be copied and it was based the honor system~ no receipts or messing with your credit card to deal with, just tell the cashier how many copies were made...simple. So now that I had the copies done, I had to drive to the post office around the corner and up the road to mail them out. I've been to the post office many times and knew that it would cost at least $30 to send my package locally next day service and was thinking that my money could be better spent elsewhere. When the cashier rang me up she said I could have the exact same service, UPS automatically delivers next day if the zip code is local, and turns out it would only cost around $10!!! I also received a delivery code that allowed me to track the package's progress. Well of course I went for that instead. UPS Canyon Crest saved me time and money vs going to the corporate copy centers and the post office, not to mention great service. The UPS store won me over~ I'm definitely returning. read more

This store went above and beyond for me digging through multiple boxes to find a return which I left money in. SERIOUSLY LIFE SAVERS!! Thanks again!!!! read more

Fast, friendly service. Easy parking. Nice shopping area. Cecelia was exceptionally nice!

First off I must say that I'm glad I haven't had an experience like some of the other Yelpers at this UPS shipping location. I first called in to ask if they offered printing at the store because I needed to print a shipping label for some college books that I was returning that I no longer had use for. The lady on the phone kindly responded yes and that I could email her my shipping label so that I wouldn't be charged for using their computers in store. So cool of her! I arrived at the store with my books and mentioned that I was the person that had called in previously regarding the printing. She quickly went to the back to retrieve my label while another gentleman began packing up my books. The lady returned with my shipping label and the gentleman rang me up for the cost of the box which was only $3.50 including tax! I was amazed by the speed of my visit. I was literally in and out of the store in less than 4 minutes. I will definitely be returning to this store for further shipping and printing needs! read more

I just want to give a shout-out to George, who helped me box and ship EIGHTEEN Christmas packages tonight. He and his coworker (also very nice, I did not get her name) could not have been calmer or more pleasant even with a line out the door and closing approaching. George, who could clearly be a neurosurgeon in his spare time with this level of organization and attention to detail in the midst of chaos, kept track of every gift, box size, address, need for breakables padding, etc even when I started getting confused. He was unfailingly patient and positive and made what could have been a nightmare a really great experience. So thanks George, for really demonstrating what the Christmas spirit is all about! read more

I've been in here several times and I'm new in the area; great service, great covid protocol, very helpful and friendly.

I here getting copies and I didn't have a black and white original so the copies weren't coming out great but the gentleman George took his time and came up with a solution to get the best looking copies he could get!! Much appreciated! :) thanks for going the extra mile read more

All the associates here have the most horrible customer service and move so slow. Covid 19 and they are having customers wait 10 minutes to pick up a package!!!!!!! Talk about close proximity for no reason. Disgusting. read more

I called at 5:05 asking where in the shopping center they were located and I walk in with a big package to be turned away from the unfriendly woman at the UPS desk at 5:10. Why not inform me you're closed instead of wasting my time. read more

The absolute WORST customer service, they lie and cashed a check that I was told would be held due to a problem with their credit machine. I was charged twice incurred an overdraft fee and the manger didn't give a crap. I'm a single mom and ever penny counts. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THEIR STORE. And encourage no one else too either. There's a us postal service in Hallmark a few stores down who will now be getting my business. *** BEWARE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES From this UPS STORE ** read more

I have been a customer of this business for many years. In every visit, I have been greeted with a friendly hello. Every employee has helped me at one time or another. They are all knowledgeable and courteous. They let me choose which carrier after giving me all the information they have. I have never lost a package that was delivered or shipped from here. The location has plenty of parking and is conveniently located. You can run all your errands at one location. Thumbs up to this UPS store! read more

I'm surprised to see any negative reviews. I stop in here too often with all my online returns and they are always pleasant, friendly, quick and helpful. On the occasions when I have used this location for services above a simple drop off, i.e., notary or shipping more complicated items, I have also always received excellent competent service especially in comparison to a few of the other UPS stores around town. Sometimes they are a little busy and there is a line, but maybe that's because they are popular, right? I have the ability to come back another time if it's too busy, so maybe that helps me be so positive. read more

Do not use their shipping services! They have horrible customer services! I paid almost $200 for two day shipping it took 5 days for my packages to arrive. I asked for the manager to call the owner and she refused to call . I will record a video and post it. read more

The manager there is amazing, she was so helpful on getting Me packed and ready to ship a magic trick to Japan and a Japanese magician. I have no problem with the store or the people in it, they've always been kind and helpful to me read more

What an amazing employee Isabella is! I hope the owners/managers here realize what a gem this young lady is. I came in today and she was the only employee in sight. She had a lot of customers in the store and managed to keep cool, be attentive and gosh can this girl multi task!!! Please give her a raise she deserves one, especially if she's going to be scheduled to work on a busy holiday weekend when your office is receiving tons of packages. Overall great service! ** *** !!! !! AVOID THIS LOCATION !! !! ** *** The "Manager" KRISTA is HORRIBLE- THE WORSTE EVER!! She's: 1.UNPROFESSIONAL 2. A LIAR 3. INCOMPETANT To say the least! I'm not normally one to complain but this really annoyed me. I have been shipping items from a postal store near me in corona and ended up being in riverside and this was the closest place to ship. Explain to me why it costs 6 bucks here to ship something that I've been paying 2-3 dollars to ship?? And on top of that I ask for a tracking number and am charged two bucks??? Are you kidding me?? Keep in mind this is POSTAL.... not ups shipping but POSTAL. Sorry ups store but you'll never have my business again read more

I used this location to return a vacuum to a vendor. I did call ahead and received fast, courteous service. The transaction went smoothly and I received my vacuum back within a week. I've only been here once, hence the four stars. I wanted to add my experience at this location and say I would return. read more

My multiple experiences here have been perfectly fine. The workers were really helpful when I drop off packages. I've asked for clarification on some occasions and they helped me out fine. They look to be very organized! read more

One star because that's the lowest on Yelp. I brought in a return in the original box with a prepaid UPS label. Mind you that this small box (size of a book) was already taped with the exception of the top middle seam. I was told that they ALWAYS charge $1 for a piece of tape...with a "tude". What??? This is UPS, not Vegas! I mailed something from this location the week prior and did not experience this. The Canyon Crest location is inconsistent, does not value customers, and some of their employees have attitude. I left here and went to the other UPS Store in Riverside on Alessandro. No questions asked and I did not pay $1... Avoid the Canyon Crest location. read more

I was in there last night and got the WORST customer service I have had in a long time ! We arrived at 4 PM to get two papers notarized. The sales person, Carlos, informed us that the manager would be back at 4:25 PM. Well, we had another appointment 10 minutes away at 4:45 that we could not miss. So we postponed that appointment until 5 PM, so that we could be there to get our papers notarized when the manager came back. At 4:20, we walked back inside, and this time were informed that the manager would not be back for another hour. We told them that we had rearranged other appointments so that we could see him, but everyone just shrugged, oh well ! So as we are standing outside deciding what we should do, in walks the manager/ notary, named PJ. My husband, walked in after him to explain to him that the sales people gave us wrong info, and to ask him if he could PLEASE TAKE THE 5 MINUTES aside to notarize our papers really quick so we could get to our next appointment. PJ , the manager, WOULD NOT EVEN COME OUT OF THE BACK ROOM, to talk to my husband, but instead yelled at him through the wall that he was on break and would not come out ! We had our kids with us and everything, and it was their mistake, not ours. No customer service at all ! So rude I cant even believe it. Needless to say, we never got our papers notarized, and now Im contacting UPS to let them know how rude this guy was. How he made it to manager, is beyond me. But sadly, he is giving the owner of this store a bad name. read more

I come to this store often. Love the inside but it always look like sad depressing people working. I had one worker tell me "can I help you with something" with a Rude attitude. I come here often and it's always the same with this one worker. Just be friendly and nice. It's not hard. read more

I've been using this store for years now and it's the only UPS location I will use. The staff is courteous and professional. I have deliveries coming in from many different locations and some international. I have never had an issue with a lost package. What I really appreciate is that I don't worry about an expensive or time sensitive package being left at my door. FedEx and Amazon were notorious for leaving packages unattended when I specifically instructed them not to do so. Some with signatures required. Here, I know they are going to get the package and secure it for me. They ship out professionally and they're thorough. Highly recommend. read more

I used to get pleasant service here, but 2 days ago I had the worse encounter with one of the employees here - Angela. I came an hour before closing when I finished work. I was greeted with such a negative attitude like I was bothering her. When I picked up my package from the store, she pretty much flicked my package towards me. Keep in mind that there was glass in my package. I'm so sorry I came one hour before closing and interfered with your "free time." I work 4 days straight a week, 10 hours a day at the ER. I'm exhausted after the end of work, but somehow I'm able to still be nice and polite to everyone. I'm not sure about you, Angela, you seem to want to socialize and gossip with your coworker, and not do your job, which is obviously much simpler than mine! read more
