I have dealt with this company over the last couple of years, was never that impressed, the price was good, but they do stick it to you on the shipping, if you order two items at the same time just different sizes they charge you shipping on each in stead of putting them in the same package. The quality is Vista Print quality (not very good) I placed an order today because the new supplier I now use does not carry the size I needed. After I placed the order I called to make sure every thing was clear (good idea with this company) I was on hold for 15 minutes!!! then I got transferred & got a voice mail. i have a pleasant experience with this company, they normally dont accept any customers unless you have commercial trade, (like i was told by their presentation) but luckily if you're an Art Institute student in Graphic Design they will accept you by asking Melissa personally by email. so my whole class went on a tour one day, knowing the whole company, they're legit! they're not just some type of kinko's, they have a warehouse of everything and different types of copier machines, they showed us the loops and printing 101 and my teacher would ask us to get our business cards from them. anyhoo, i really like how my business cards turned out, so i ended up purchasing a different design for my portfolio show. i was offered to work here referred by my school but sadly i was out of town. i will come here from now on, if i needed professional help from my graphic design needs but take note you dont just walk-in or order online and get them the same day, they have policies and expidite doesnt come cheap, other than that if its for personal use or in a hurry, i would just go to staples. read more

Nightmare to deal with. like calling the DMV, no one wants to help you. they use to be pretty good a few years ago. I uploaded a file & it had an issue, that was on me, days go by before they get back to you. So I lose all that time. I submit the new file still an issue, again on me. So I call them 35 minutes on hold nobody ever answered the phone. I re-submitted the file again, it said they got it, then a week goes by I go in to check the file was never uploaded!!! Horrible service. I have dealt with them a few times, after they were recommended by a friend who uses them for the inexpensive cost. My first order was okay, there has been something wrong with each order since. When something does go wrong (IE. print registration marks on all my business cards, back side of card was upside down, late), they are obviously not equipped to handle it. You CAN NOT get a live person to answer the phone inside of 45 minutes. ZERO customer service. If' you try to leave a message to avoid waiting, 90% of the people have full mail boxes. If you do leave someone a message, they won't call you back. Shipping has always been later than promised, which isn't a problem if you're not in a hurry, or if you don't have a specific event you need something for. This time my client was in a hurry, and did have a scheduled event, and I let them know. I was promised multiple times they'd ship out overnight same day, only to have my client call me and tell me he hadn't gotten them yet, 4 times over! I vow never to use them again after losing this most recent client due to their mistake. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. NOT A DEPENDABLE VENDOR!!!! Saw some Yelper was slandering Partner Printing. Figure I would tell you the truth about Mean Yelpers, and Partner Printing. Partner Printing: A fully automated print service that does what you ask them to. Send them a good file and you get good stuff. If you do not know what you are doing, then you should hire a professional to set up your file, or maybe learn how to use Adobe Software. Writing a not really witty review does not indicate that you can use real software, just that you can use Yelp. Mean Yelpers: Wish they were professional paid writers, but are not. I've been doing business with Partner Printing since 2008 (I have no friends or relatives working there or any financial interest in the company. I have only had one job that was unsatisfactory and Heather took care of a reprint (hickeys on a large full/solid coverage on some presentation folders... a tough job for any priinter.) I average about 10 jobs a month... I have made a few mistakes when sending files in the past... selecting the wrong paper or the wrong finish and I have always been able to get right through to customer service and have it resolved before it went to press. There customer service is terrible, we have had a problem with two different jobs and their response is always delayed and not helpful.

Too bad I have to give them any star at all. This is the most unreliable company I have ever worked with. We missed a deadline because of them. They will talk to you, but they will not offer any solutions or any help. They keep changing their minds every day. They promise, then they recant. This last week has been a nightmare, just dealing with them and having such uncertainty. If I could've scored lower than a one I would've. Heather is the worst representation of customer service or no service I have experience in 30 years. She is unprofessional, rude and couldn't care less about the customer. We requested a paper sample sample on Monday September 29th. We needed it approved by our client before proceeding with an order. We were told a sample would go out. Wednesday October 1, still no sample so we called to follow up. Again we were told a sample would go out. Friday October 3, still no sample had been sent. My office manager called to follow up and was told by Heather they couldn't send a sample. Heather gave multiple excuses as to why they couldn't send a sample. My office manager asked to speak with someone else but Heather refused. At this point I stepped in to try and work something out. I called and spoke to Heather. She said they were out of sample books. I said I could use just a corner piece from a production blank or printed. She laughed and said we can't send a big press sheet. I said we could use a piece out of the trash. A 3 x 3 piece or 2 x 2 would work. She said they would not send a printed sample even if it didn't contain any customer pertinent information. I asked her to transfer me to someone else, she said she could not, I said transfer me to anyone, she said everyone at the company was out to lunch. I told her I knew they have at least 100 employees at the office. How was it possible all 100 were out to lunch at the same time? She said they all were gone! I asked if she was the phone police, she said yes, and if I call back she will answer. I then told her to transfer the call, her response was "okay and put me on hold for 30 minutes" before disconnecting me. I would've hung up but wanted to photograph the hold time. I called back and reached Phil. I asked Phil if he could help me, again no... I asked for someone in charge and he said I had to talk to heather then hung up on me. I called back for the third time and got another girl ... I think her name was Lilith but honestly couldn't understand her that well. She said she couldn't help me and transferred me to Nancy. I explained my situation to Nancy. I was told she would see what she could do and would call me back. 2 hours later I called her back and you guessed it..." I got the phone police, Heather, who refused to transfer the call but said the sample would go,out Monday. It was only 2:30 in the afternoon at this point. I already lost a week and no one made any effort to put a small sample into the mail. I doubt I will even have it on Monday. Don't waste your time or money with Partner Printing! This is a very strange business. The printing is excellent as well as the pricing. However, it's not worth it at all. They offer extra features like drop shipping samples to yourself while the rest of the order goes to your client. This is a nice ideal, but they never do it. I have had multiple issues with this company and all they say is, well even though you did order that we never shipped them. The bindery department must have not read that part of the order. That is a direct quote from a woman I just got off the phone with. That is horrible customer service. Yes, they refunded it, but they NEVER even offered to print the samples for me for free or to send them to me. They just okay, we'll give you your money back, but what I really wanted to get WAS the samples. From reading other reviews, it looks like this is NOT the place to use anymore. I recently placed an order for some business cards. After a few days I received an email from customer service telling me my image may be low res (It wasn't), I asked them to send it through "as is" via email. NO response. I called the next week... EVERY DAY! I spent over 2.5 hours on the phone waiting on hold. I emailed 2 more times with no response whatsoever. If you actually want the product you paid for, buy it from somewhere else. Ordered 20,000 pieces Nov 9th, 4 weeks later I finally got my order. Unfortunately, the printing was garbage. We ended up with 9+ different shades of colors. Took pictures and emailed them on Dec 7th. They agreed to reprint the job within 2 days. Since they made this commitment I have left a dozen or more voice mails and emails, with absolutely no response. Two weeks later, I still don't have the reprint or any response. Wow, I have never experienced a better company to do business with... They responded quickly to a concern I brought to their attention, and their customer service dept made me feel like they really cared. Their prices are the best I found, and when I received my job..It was better than I expected! I do wish they had digital printing too... but I spoke to their customer service Manager, Shannon.. and He share with me that they were going to buy into that technology and be able to offer digital short run by the end of the year... Customer service goes a long way in this industry, but the worst I have ever seen has to be Partner Printing. Every time one of our orders was not shipped on time (which happened quite regularly) the customer service there basically just said sorry blah blah...In the mean time my customers are mad at me for the job we promised to them now being late. A few years ago they had a "guarantee called :stright from the horses moth, you job will be on time or it's free" I was never able to get any late jobs for free and oh by the way... they don't advertise that guarantee anymore... However, Anytime you call and leave a message they are rude and NEVER has returned one of my phone calls EVER! Extremely frustrating!! Absolute worst customer service EVER!! Getting a hold of someone is a nightmare. If they ever say they'll look into something and call you back... don't believe it. They never call back. Don't bother ordering hard-copy proofs. They're just cheap laser print samples that don't reflect the color or paper stock of your order (what's the point?!). A year ago I would have given them 5 stars, but customer service has disappeared and as another reviewer wrote, they no longer answer the phone or return emails. I have been trying to resolve an issue since the beginning of December - over 3 months ago. I started writing my emails with copies to every single contact person listed, then I noticed that they removed most of the contact emails. No response from anyone anyway - not even a "go to hell." Partner printing used to be the best printer we ever used. Recently, they have botched a 2 color envelope and business card orders for us. In fact, we cancelled an order, had the cancellation confirmed, and the card were delivered anyway. Reprints take forever to get done if they screw it up. Next order didn't upload to their system and when I called, took 45 min before I got to a person. I told them I shouldn't have to wait that long and they agreed. When We 1st started using them they were great but this last couple orders has gotten awful. I placed and order 14 days ago for their 3-4 day service. I tried following up on the order four times. Takes 25-30 minutes for them to answer the phone, customer service was very rude and HUNG UP on me twice. Then they don't give you a true answer and I have spent 4 days trying to get one.
