Went to drop off an AppleCare mail in from home to depot repair- and since I live by a couple of…read moreUPS stores including these that support Happy Returns, dropping off packages for Amazon returns and AppleCare depots is never been easy. Quick and fast service- since I have a barcode to scan for the prepaid label instead of Apple sending me a prepaid kit I just needed to put my Apple Watch that is broken in a mailer, and the staffer will seal it for you as well as even package it up if you need to get the supplies or if you don't have the packaging for the product. One and done- they scanned my barcode provided by Apple on an email, type of electronic device I'm shipping (iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods, etc), and the prepaid labels and battery stickers get printed out. They put it in the mailer for me and taped it up- and gave me a receipt. At EOD around 5:45 pm the cut off time, the truck collects the packages for the day and riverside UPS hub picked it up after 6:20 pm since I handed it over. I'll definitely stop by this location and the limonite avenue one for both Amazon and Apple package drop offs. The UPS employee- the short haired lady who was the only one there- she's nice and also made sure I hold on to the receipt for a year at least, and she made the process straightforward to drop off my Apple Watch to AppleCare.
