Horrible communication skills. Not even sure if they are in California. Ordered and item on April 18th and site said it would ship the next day. It is April 23rd and I have no confirmation of the order, no shipping information, or any communication that they even know I placed the order. All I have is confirmation from PayPal that they sent Overnight Grafix my money. Chat feature is always on, but no one answers. Phone goes to a VM box that is always full. Finally got a hold of Chris Duran the sole person working there and he says that I ordered the wrong shipping, even though his site offered me several different options. I chose and paid for standard shipping. Would have been nice had he emailed me the same day or the day after to mention something, but again, crickets on the communications. Took my car to Overnight Grafix after having a real bad experience with someone who claimed they had wrapped cars for over eight years. Overnight Grafix waked around my bad wrap and showed me places where the previous wrapper had cut by paint, burnt my carbon fiber hood and auto present handles. The previous wrap was coming off day one from every panel. I can't say how much I appreciate the professionalism and communication every step of the way, the sent pictures and even did a video conference when the car was getting closer to completion. I ordered an alumalite sheet from this company on August 7, 2023. I was told at the time of the order I would receive the sheet by August 21st. It is now August 23rd. I have not received my order, I cannot get a hold of anyone to tell me what is going on. I have tried calling, texting and email multiple times. No one answers the phone, no one replies to emails. I did get a text back saying they would look into it. But still no update on my order. If I was you I would go else where instead of being completely ignored by these people. Really wish I could give less than one star. My only recourse now is to request my money back through PayPal as I cannot get one one from Overnight Grafix to contact me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Attached is the FIRST DAY showing the low quality and how neglectful they are to their service!!! (1) I tried getting my Tesla wrapped and I come back that evening and well the pictures I post will explain themselves. (2) They then said it was because it was done by some rookie and so they said they will redo it free of charge. I go back a couples weeks later, leave my car, they told me it would be ready by the end of the day, and then I get a call halfway through the day that they DID NOT have the wrap. (3) Mind you that I just wanted a full refund from the first mistake and have them remove it free of charge due to the negligence and told me NO over the phone but since they messed up AGAIN they FINALLY removed it for free and gave me a full refund. (4) I wasted TWO whole separate days I could have used to work and wasted my time. (5) They left hand prints ALL over my newly washed car AND 3M trash in the back seat. I had them wrapped my Tesla Model 3, and here are the PROS & CONS about them. PROS: 1. I would say they do a basically nice job on the wrapping, except that the curve angle peel off in a week afterwards. 2. The staff are very friendly, that's a plus. 3. The price is lower then average. CONS: 1. They don't listen to what you want in terms of design, and they are inconsistent in what they say they will do. First, the guy Chris said he will make the mirror black, and end up it's the same color as the body. Second, I told them to cover the logo, and they insisted on removing them, but at the end glued they back on. 2. The aftercare customer service was poor, Chris didn't answer phone call or text message afterwards. 3. THE WORST THING: They broke the clips of one of the fender cameras. I noticed the right Sentry Mode cameras started to have problems after I wrapped the car from them and I was not sure what caused that. Eventually the right fender camera just lost connection, and I found out that the two upper clips were broken causing it to come loose. I think they should have told me the day when they broke it, but they didn't. Since two months has passed, I am sure they are going to deny responsibility. read more

The way the owner Chris handles problems or complications is terrible. I got my car wrapped in July of 2022 it's about to be 2years now (we're in june 2024) and the wrap is terrible. When i went in for the first time I asked what's the average life time for the wrap he told me 3-4 years. So i was like okay sounds reasonable although the price was kinda expensive i was okay with paying it because i thought this business looked legit. I paid $2,715 all that for it to just last less than 2yrs. I called the other day to ask how long his wraps usually last and he accused me of calling for a friend because he has already got a call like asking about that that day. He was upset that I was calling to ask about that he told me there's no guarantee a wrap could last 6m to a 1yr and i laughed because if he would have told me that the first time i walked in and paid I would have definitely not have spent almost 3K for just 6months to a year. I was already upset because prior to all this the process was not smooth, Carlos is terrible at communicating he will get your stuff done fast but not correctly... I will attach pictures of how he gave me the car back OHHHHH NOT TO MENTION. My doors inside were messed up mostly from them taking it off and placing it carelessly and my Gear stick is made of plastic and they cracked it. AND ALSOOOOOO I MADE IT SO CLEAR TO THEM TO NOT MESS WITH ANY OF THE CAR PAINT I DIDNT WANT MY CAR TO BE SANDED FILLED OR ANYTHING because i knew eventually i would take off the wrap and as I was taking off the wrap of my hood i see that they sanded and filled a spot!!! Im really upset. Im going to go in soon i just work during their work hours but I'll keep you guys updated on what happens. read more

We purchased some very expensive windless banner flags from this company and although they arrived very quickly the poles do not fit the flags, the flags are sewn too narrow at the top and could not get the flag all the way on the pole. I messaged customer service about the problem and was told our order were for custom flags and could not be returned. These were stock designs advertised on their website. He/she then proceeded to tell me that I must have bought cheap poles, but the poles we have are incredibly durable approximately 3/4 inch, the only thing that would have fit these expensive banner flags would have maybe been 1/2 inch. That won't hold up in the wind at all! I felt they were rude and condescending. I then told them I just need to return them and asked for an address. They then proceeded to tell me the address but that they would charge me a restocking fee of 15% on top of having to pay the shipping back to them. (my original shipping was $12) There was a much better way this could have been handled and saved themselves a chargeback through paypal and kept a customer. I will never purchase from them again and will tell my trade association of 13,000+ businesses about this issue. read more

These guys are unreliable, unprofessional, and flat out SCAM ARTISTS . I've never done business with a more incompetent business in my life. I asked them to design and install window graphics at our business but all I got was the runaround. First they wasted my time for weeks before anyone even started the design. And then the designer expected me to find high quality images and ideas for the design even though I was promised that the designer would do that sort of work (what's the point of me using a designer if I'm the one doing all the work). I run a business.. the reason I paid them was for THEM to do the work, not me. They flat out REFUSED to give me a refund after multiple times of me asking. I posted screen shots of our conversations on yelp to prove that they are SCAMMERS and I have even more proof on email. Do not do business with these guys.
