My inquiry asked for screen printing and she tried to sell me on something else. Kind of frustrating when they don't listen to what the client is asking for. Makes me feel like you didn't actually read through my request carefully. Doesn't seem trustworthy to work with, if you can't carefully respond to what I tell you I needed I don't think you can be trusted to make a product to my specific instructions. Their cost per garment is higher than the market average and they don't distinguish between printing methods in their cost. Doesn't seem to be fair pricing. If you don't need something specific maybe it's a good fit for you, but I was needing something very particular. read more

I cannot say enough about Ms Ferrari! She was a God-sent angel in my time of need. Upon contact; she was empathetic, kind, honest, and willing to use her creative mind to help meet my needs. I was looking for a person/company to print Obituaries for my sisters' funeral. I had the program drafted and everything. All I needed was the printing, or at least that's what I thought. After our series of texts and emails, we jumped on the phone to collaborate. She sent me samples of her work and I was amazed at how beautiful she could make such a sad occasion/program come to life. I could go on and on about her professionalism and her dedication to do the best for her consumers, however, I will not. Just try her for yourself. The programs turned out so nice I couldn't believe the invoice. I expected to pay much more than it said. I had an unpleasant experience with this individual. After creating an awesome design, I asked her to print two shirts for me. I paid her $50 in advance. The shirts were very subpar. The printing was very bad. I asked her to reprint. She agreed. These were perfect but they had an imperfect logo (entirely my fault). I asked here to do a 3rd pair of shirts with the corrected logo. She told me she wanted me to pay $50 for each set of shirts, a total of $150. I said no, I would pay a total of $100 for the second and third set, because the first set was very bad printing on her part. Not only was she unhappy about that, she refused to sell me the final set of shirts that should have been perfect, and she said she didn't want to do business with me. I would be extremely hesitant to start a project with someone who doesn't stand behind the quality of their work and expects to get paid for subpar results. Think twice and take your business elsewhere. read more
