I was going to get the shirts made there, until I searched near home and found Rialto Print Company. First, I gave them a call to see if they would be able to complete the order and have it ready when I needed it in 2 days. Not only were they able to do it, they were willing to come hours early on the day of pickup at 7am to ensure that I would get to LA on time as we had a full l day scheduled! Exceeding expectations, they were ready the day before I expected!! When I got the call, that the t-shirts were ready, I wasn't near and wouldn't be able to get there before closing. Jose told me to call him and he would meet me that night so that I colud pick them up instead of me having to wait for the morning. This was even better!! Needless to say, the shirts looked great! The price was more reasonable than I would have paid DTLA! As for the turnaround time, I had already reached out to several vendors in DTLA and most couldn't even guarantee that my order would be ready when I needed. The vendors that did guarantee charged SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars EXTRA "rush fee" ! The only thing Rialto Print needed me to at least prepay half of the order total because it was last minute. I had no problem with that!! Overall, my experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! I think I've found a place for my printing needs near home and that makes me happy!!

We'll, no matter how much you throw into it, it doesn't come with the actual letter sewn on. I had no idea where to start, so "to Yelp I go". I find Grandeur Print Studio, right here in my beloved town. I called, and he answered right away (no telephone tree or AI, but the real person). I discussed my needs, he said "no problem". I dropped off the jacket (only a few blocks from my home). The owner was very kind, very professional, and easy going. 3 days later, I got a text the job was done and ready for pick up. He even took the time to send me a link for pin backing that are more permanent. I picked up the jacket and his work absolutely mirrored the big company where I got the jacket from. His price, VERY fair, if anything I got the better end of this deal. I would not hesitate to use him again for any job! He is all the things I love: local, small business, customer oriented, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Thank you for making something so important, PERFECT.

We were stressed because another company canceled our order last minute. I called this shop, and thankfully Mike answered -- he was literally about to leave for the day. Mike was incredibly helpful, funny, and most importantly, kind. He really took his time reviewing all the designs I wanted and made sure everything looked right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. What I appreciated the most is that Mike is an honest man, and sadly that's hard to find in businesses nowadays. He has amazing work ethic and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. So y'all, come support Mike's business! You won't regret it. Thank you for everything, Mike! We continue to use him because he has good service. Even though he doesn't always drop off the shirts at the exact time he says he'll be there, he DOES always answer his phone and lets you know what's going on, which is very nice. The first time we used him, I must have called at least a dozen times to make sure they would be done on time, and he never seemed annoyed and never dodged my calls. Later when working for a different company, I saw Anthony at a clothing convention, and he was very nice there too. I recommend his service, he is fast, and will get you what you want, with no BS and no upsale.
