Alpha Wraps really went above and beyond with this wrap…read more I can honestly say that when I picked up my truck, I was not ready for what I saw. The day I originally spotted this color happened so fast, maybe six or seven seconds total. I was going off memory and wasn't even sure what I saw at the time. I thought it was something like a pink chrome. But when I came to pick up my truck and saw this in person, my mind was absolutely blown. What I saw that day was aquamarine chrome, and I didn't even realize it then. Seeing it finished like this, it looks even better than anything I imagined. The overall quality is amazing. The job was completely flawless. The timeline felt fair, the updates throughout the process were great, and the tire decals came out incredible. Everything was aligned perfectly. Everything was in order. You can truly tell that every bit of effort was put into making this a perfect wrap. The compliments I get are nonstop. People genuinely love this truck, and I owe that 100% to Alpha Wraps. They took what I briefly saw, what I had in my head, and brought it to life in a way that completely exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with this work and high recommend Alpha Wraps. PS. This was my second vehicle wrapped by Alpha Wraps

I don't often write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at Premium Auto…read moreStyling for their excellent service. I first discovered them through a YouTube video, where someone from Virginia mentioned ordering overlays from them. I was surprised and pleased to find that they were located within driving distance--though about 45 minutes to an hour away, one-way. Despite my initial skepticism (this was my first time getting vinyl wrap overlays), the team immediately made a great impression. They were welcoming, accommodating, and professional--young guys, but clearly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. I appreciated that Anthony assured me they would try to finish quickly since I had chosen to wait in the shop. While working on my car, they noticed that the clear coat on my headlights was chipping. Instead of simply applying the overlay anyway, they were honest and upfront. They explained the issue and offered to either remove that portion of the job or have me come back for a proper clear coat restoration. That kind of integrity really stood out to me, and I took them up on the offer to return. I was so impressed with their service that I later brought my wife's car in to have all her windows tinted. They helped me choose the best option for her specific needs and, once again, the work was excellent. My second visit for the headlight restoration and another wrap job also went smoothly and delivered great results. I've seen that many of their online reviews are older or focused on shipping experiences, which I can't speak to. But for anyone considering in-person services, I can wholeheartedly say that Premium Auto Styling delivers quality work with integrity. I'm grateful for their attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism.

After a month of consideration, I decided to provide my review. Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

Nick showed up on time and was friendly and informative. However, I specifically requested and was…read morequoted for an interior shampoo, but instead, he provided the service he thought was best. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my seats had not been shampooed. There was also still bird poop on the roof, so I'm unsure whether the exterior received a full wash or was simply wiped down. He seemed rushed and mentioned that he had another appointment. If I scheduled services for two vehicles, enough time should have been set aside to complete both properly before moving on to the next customer. Since the second vehicle was a birthday gift for my friend, I called to ask about her results. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.
