This place is miserable. Bill has no clue how to design. He will draw out your project by hand then complain it will take him an hour at $55.00 per hour to design it. I have been to other print shops in the area and everyone stated a business card design will take no longer than 30 minutes tops. Bill is very miserable and I have heard him curse at customers in his shop, he will not work past 5:00 PM because he refuses to do so. I guess he doesn't realize most of his customers work later to meet deadlines and maintain a reputation to keep good referrals coming. I am fairly positive that the five star ratings are not accurate because no one ever mentions a business name nor their exact projects. If anyone here thinks they're reasonable, they are absolutely out of touch with reality. Allegra Printing out of Corona, PIP, Corona Printworks and Preferred Choice Printing (Corona) were all priced far less than Inland Printworks. I cannot believe how these guys stay in business.
Oh to top it off, we paid the deposit initially and asked for a refund when we were told "we'll get to you when WE get to you!" I think that was a dead ringer for letting us know that we were last on the priority list. Preferred Choice was able to render a design and deliver our cards in under five business days! Bill at Inland said it would take at least 14 days. I have NEVER, EVER met someone who was so unprofessional and undeserving of business like Bill. Sadly, I've dealt with some pretty shady people in the mortgage business and all of them were far more polished and professional than Bill. After learning they print for the Riverside Chamber of Commerce, I refuse to join a chamber that supports someone who leaves such a horrible impression of chamber members. I did a quick search and learned there are a dozen other print shops that are chamber members, yet they chose Inland Printworks for some odd reason.
Brent L. & M N., I would suggest you do a little comparison shopping before reordering from either one of them. Bob at Preferred Choice and Erika at Allegra Marketing, Print and Mail are far more astute at printing knowledge and much easier to work with than Bill.
Oh, Bill, I hope you read this because you need to understand I'm trying to do as you instructed and telling all my friends (including my virtual friends on the Internet) and my family to NEVER EVER USE Inland Printworks. read more
