This place is so expensive! I would not recommend it. I went into return something and I didn't have a box and they were gonna charge me for the box which was $8. No problem I understand that. When I went to show them my code to return, they said it needed to be printed and they wanted $4 to print one piece of paper! I said that was outrageous, after all I had purchased a box for eight dollars which I understood. Cost less than $.10 most places to print a piece of paper and they want to charge $4!! I asked the girl who was helping me if I could get a break since I bought an $8 box? Her response was that's what the owner said as the price for printing!! Love going here for all my UPS shipping needs. The only thing that gets on my nerves is when they charge me a dollar for tape. Like you are a shipping company the least you can do is tape-up a box lol but I get it. Everything is about profit these days and tape must cost a little bit of money. I know this place has a three star review but I feel like some of the workers are really kind especially Luis. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and it was extremely fresh in there considering the heat outside. It also smelled like lavenders in there which smelled amazing btw. Have a sign saying they offer USPS services.i always drop off my usps packages at the locations near my house. I had a passport photo taken here and the State sent me a letter stating the picture was taken incorrectly. I returned to The UPS Store with the letter which explained what needed to be shown in the picture. The manager told me :"I don't know how this happened. I don't think it has ever happened before". The picture was taken again at no additional cost, but there is a good possibility that I may not receive the passport in time for my trip. I shipped my Apple watch to this location. When I got the package, it weighted like a feather. When I asked the UPS agent to open the box in front of me, the package contained an empty box. My Apple watch was gone. I refused to receive the package. However, the ups agent said that I cannot refuse the parcel because I opened the box. Thank you to the incredible staff here. I called ahead and made sure it would be okay to drop off 176 packages (i ended up bring around 80, but still a ton to accommodate) and they were incredibly kind and friendly. They were patient and friendly and even offered me a dolly. I noticed one upset man came in and yelled at a employee there saying he didnt want to wait in line and would be back tomorrow. He said he was hung up on, and I can't claim to know the context of this situation, but all I can say is from what I saw these ladies were working their absolute hardest to help each and every customer. If he was hung up on I am willing to bet it was a mistake. They were cheery and focused on getting through the line to everyone. I think we all need to remember that during the Holiday season, especially during COVID where everyone is shipping everything we have to treat all UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and other delivery services with the upmost care and respect. They are helping the world move along and helping us stay connected. Try and see their service for what it is, (especially during this time) as one that is fundamentally important and should be treated with respect. Probably the worst franchise ive been to. I usually go to the one by my house off Arlington but they werent open just yet. Ive been to this location once before. I usually drop off my "post office" packages at a UPS store but my understanding is that theres just no tracker. I understand this location is a different franchise but ive done it here once before. A very nice hispanic girl helped me. But today, it was another girl with braces and she told me i couldnt do the drop off here (which by the way after she prints out my shipping label). She called a lady names Tami and she also said no...after like i said ive done it here once before. Literally a couple weeks ago. But this employee still charged me over $4 for the print out and i still couldnt drop my package off. Ridiculous customer service. I understand that she printed out two black and white pages for me but I told her I'll give her the papers back since I can't even drop off my box and the girl said no. I'm never coming back here again this place is horrible and has the worst customer service. Except the hispanic girl from 2 weeks ago. Shes amazing. A suggestion maybe the employees and managers need to work on communication so this doesn't happen again and need to be on the same page. I am very pleased to find some where to get color printing at a reasonable price. They had the job done in less than two hours. I have no objections when somebody is trying to make a profit in their business. But to charge $3 to print out a single page of a return label for Amazon returns is ridiculous. I have the label on my phone, and I asked you a favor to print it out for me. You said no problem. Just like other UPS stores have done. I have not had much luck here with good customer service. I just got through dropping off a package for amazon. I had not tapped the box because they usually tape it up no problem. Well the young guy working behind the counter started lecturing me for not sealing up the box. I told him no problem I'll go home and tape it and bring it back later as I didn't have my wallet on me to pay the 35 cents for tape. The manager came out and told him to knock it off. After several unfortunate experiences here I will drive farther to the next ups. read more

A normal Ups store nothing too special kind of slow at service but they get the job done. Only compliant I have is that they should have more than one person working. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I had a missed package at my apartment sent to this store. THEY GAVE A PACKAGE WITH MY INFORMATION ON IT AND IN IT To a RANDOM person who came in and said they were from my apartment number. That package had personal information of mine and several others for my job. They claimed it was a UPS deliver error so I called corporate and they confirmed it was the hubs fault, it was delivered to that store and they signed off as giving it to some persons name who I've never heard of. The owner of the store does not know what he's doing at all and even told me to wait for another girl to get back from her lunch so she could help me. NO I called corporate and they confirmed the package WAS delivered there to YOUR store and signed off by YOUR STORE that the package was there. Someone in your store gave MY PACKAGE to the wrong person. You guys did nothing to help yet blamed everything on the delivery man and when i was first in there you told me to come back in 30 minutes when your worker was back from her lunch. I then told you I had a paper on my door stating it was delivered to your store and you kept telling me " NO, NO,NO," also while I was in there I seen you working with another customer who was very upset by your service as well because you told her the same thing, to come back in 30 minutes when your employee was done with lunch.
