I was frantic and squirrelly af making sure I had everything my friend needed and if it was done correctly. Thank you for staying open an extra 5 minutes for me. The package never arrived to the destination. They kept it. It never moved from their office. They should always provide a receipt. This is outrageous. I wouldn't trust them for anything. My husband went in the other day and the same lady told him they don't provide a receipt. He didn't drop off the package. Someone needs to report them to customer affairs ASAP. Or to the Business Bureau.

Terrible, unethical business…read more Rented a box and they did not enter the info correctly. Renewal time came and they hadnt entered our email. So they put our packages off to the side and didnt give them to us. They did not leave a bill or notice in our box. We gave them all of the information again and then paid for rental. We had to come back again for the same packages that they didnt give to us when we came in earlier. We had been expecting a delivery and they werent there. There was a letter but no packages. They misplaced many pieces of mail and packages. The owner is a nasty woman. When we closed our account, my husband took the key back. He wasnt aware that they were supposed to refund the deposit. She had made a big deal that people dont return the keys. I would suggest not returning the key.
