The box was large and well-secured with adjustable styrofoam inside. I was confident that this valuable would make its destination without any hiccups. This small store is located on Canyon Springs Parkway just south of the 60 freeway and west of Day Street, next to Rubio's and across from Target. They have a couple parking spots specifically for FedEx customers but those are a little hard to get out of since it's right next to the traffic stop. I would suggest parking just a few more steps out so you don't get oncoming cars that could potentially sneak up and hit your vehicle. Overall, I was able to get my package shipped out with ease and it arrived in good condition during the promised time.

Called the store to tell them I did not pick up the order and they said that my order had been ready since before Christmas and because it sat there for 2 months THEY THREW IT AWAY!!!! They told me that I should have not contacted customer service and should have called the store. How would I know that??? I told them that I still wanted my order and they said they would remake it and it would be ready after 4pm. Went after work to pick it up and the guy at the checkout counter was the rudest man! No eye contact, condescending tone, and not very nice to the guy he was training. Just all around a horrible experience. So disappointed that I was told I would get an email when my order was ready... never got an email. I just don't understand why the store never reached out to me. They acknowledged that there was system error but still placed the blame on me for calling customer service instead of them as if I know how their system works.
