This is the the second…read moretime the employee Ray gives me date of when an item I ordered was going to be ready for pick up and when I call that date to ask the time I can pick up I am given an excuse as the company they go through did not print it. Even though I spoke with him and he reassured me they had my daughter's yard sign ready by Wednesday 4/10 and than was told on 4/11 it is being printed and would be ready for pickup today 4/12. I am now told to wait until Monday 4/15, they did not get it in. I waited almost a month the first go around ordering an item the first time with them. I wish I went with my gut and did not give order this second time from them. If you need something for a specific date and they confirm you will have the items by that date I would add on a couple more weeks to be safe.
