Great service & employees are always so helpful! Each visit has always been a good and pleasant experience!

I had a amazon return to this location. I waited almost five minutes. After employee 170938 (who didn't greet or introduce herself) told me I had the wrong information. After locating the correct information, I was charged for bag when Amazon site clearly stated no additional packaging was needed. This has not been the first time the poor quality of service, but to now charge me is ridiculous. After leaving and dealing with an argumentative employee, I contacted Amazon who confirmed i shouldn't had to pay and sent us a gift card to reimburse the cost. Very disappointed at UPS. Will be using other return options moving forward. Replying to UPS store comment: I showed the rep the Amazon didn't require a box to return. She continued to argue that I needed a shipping box. I paid it as my time was limited and was done arguing with the sales person. YES, Amazon offers free returns; however, UPS should also honor Amazon's return policy and not try to upsell and argue with the customer when they are showing the rep Amazon's policy. read more

I come in this Arlington store. And I am greeted by the service manager the girl with the glasses and black hair, smaller girl. The manager she was very rude. And threw an attitude saying that I won't take your box because it is too big. I go to another UPS by Lowe's. And they were more than happy to take it. Service managers are supposed to be understandable not rude read more

We dropped off 10+ packages that day and the whole batch never made it anywhere. The tracking status just shows "we have your package" with no update of them moving anywhere from the riverside store. This is almost 2 weeks ago. The employees or driver obviously took the packages. We will not trust to use this UPS store anymore. I have the drop off receipts showing they were scanned and accepted by this UPS store. read more

I've been a patron of this location for a few years now and I've always had good things to say about this place. However, the people who used to work there I don't see anymore and now there is a young girl and an older woman with dark hair that are working often and they are not as helpful as the others I've encountered in the last few years. I've been in several times where I've had to wait while the two women stand and chit chat while taping boxes and finishing paper work at the front desk. Today really bothered me because I came in and there was no wait however, I was in line for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged as the two women talked about eating whole grain crackers for lunch and hot dogs for dinner the laughed and talked casually as I waited to be helped this is not the service I'm used to. On top of that they are less than helpful in figuring where my missing package that was delivered on Friday but they say isn't there. That's the least of my worries but the customer service is now lacking. read more

Terrible service. Terrible human being. Disgusting male employee idk if he's the owner. It's not my fault you're understaffed. He said my returns won't be finished today. Sorry I'm working 12 hours a fckn day and don't have time to return things! He was so rude and told me that I should have my things ready and accused me of actively doing a return at the counter. He kept on asking people to come to the front and then he's yelling at me to show him the code and be ready. wtf? Here I wanted to support local and come here. Thanks for nothing. Do not go here. They fckn suck! read more

Clerk at the counter was rude and passively hostile when it was my turn to receive service. I had several packages to return and it takes a bit to bring up the QR code. She would sigh and stand in a very hostile way that just triggered me. I don't usually write negative reviews but this incident warrants it. I will avoid going to this UPS store in the future. I am a supervisor in the service industry and this clerk needs to be retrained about giving proper and good customer service. If a -10 is a possible rating I will give it. read more

This place is terrible I went in on 1/30 & paid for 2 day arrival priority mail($31.56) & they said it would be their on Feb 2th guaranteed but it didn't get there on 10th & they refused to give my money back.! I don't recommend to take your mail or packages here specially if it's important.!! Because there just going to take your money & not provide a service that you paid for.! read more

I had a great experience at the UPS Store on Arlington thanks to Noemi. I came in with a bunch of returns and she was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free even though I had multiple items to handle. Customer service like that really stands out nowadays. Thank you, Noemi, for making my experience such a positive one! read more

Shout out to Lisa! She did my live scan without any problems. However, please hire more staff. It's ridiculous for there to be only one person working by themselves at a peak time of day. Shout out to Lisa though, she was super patient and hardworking!! Rolling fee of 35$ for the live scan. read more

I came here to do an Amazon return. I had two returns and I thought they would box up both of them, but the employee said that there would be a charge for one of the returns and the other one could be unboxed. I kind of anticipated this because of another yelper's review on a different location. I happened to have a box with me in the car. I just went back to get it and finished the transaction without a fee. read more

Very rude customer service. Lady not courteous at all!!!! Always in a bad mood and wanted to charge me for a piece of tape. Seriously? I rather go to another UPS store where they aren't going to penny and nickel size me for everything. I suggest you learn to be more courteous and respectful. Rude, rude, rude. You need training to be a bit more polite. Smile. It costs nothing!!! Save yourself the bad experience and go where you're treated decent. read more

This place is terrible. They charged me $31.56 for a two day priority mail and my mail didn't arrive till 10 days later. They said that even though I paid the money for 2 days arrival they don't guarantee that it's going to get there in 2 days but no where on the receipt did it say that.!! I don't recommend you to take your mail or packages there!!! There just going to take your money. read more

lady with long black hair, looks like she's in her mid 40s...got my live-scanned by her and the version before was a man, she was kind to him even made small talk with him about his live scans forms and then when she got to me literally so rude and honestly could tell it's because i was not an attractive male like girl i still deserve the same respect and good service ?? i literally was waiting in line patiently because i understood how busy it was for them but damn "let me take control" miss you did im sorry you couldn't do it right... i wouldn't recommend getting ur scan here they suck in general read more

Hi I went in to do a live scan at 3:35 pm and American girl who was helping me was so rude she has a tattoo on her face by ear.She really needs to be taught costumer service the way she kept talking to me sounded so rude. The fact she talking to me like that while a customer enters was so unethical and embarrassing pls teach her.I won't be back at this place after driving 20 min away.Im a big fan on customer service.Food for thought.Pls talk to her about being nice to costumers rather then be so rude.thank you very much .Btw I do want to thank the other lady for stepping up to help me who did the rest of the paperwork. She was a lot friendlier and polite. read more

Dear Mary I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for the exceptional service you provided during my recent visit to the UPS Store. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and warm attitude made the entire process so much smoother and enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with a genuine smile, and you truly made my day. I'm so grateful for your help, and I will definitely be coming back for all my future needs because of the wonderful experience you provided. Thank you again, Mary--you're a star! Visited this store last Friday. The service was tremendous. The owner helped me to overpack six boxes into one, going to Boise I'd, and saved me a bunch of money. He took the time to configure my boxes into just the right sized larger box. He put the box together for me, added bubble wrap to protect the smaller items and sealed the box for me. Incredible customer service. This will be my "go-to" store from now on! read more

i honestly don't know what a lot of these reviewers are saying, but i love my ups store . they're always super accommodating, welcoming, and helpful . i do my shipping there, and because of the porch pirates that have surfaced in my neighborhood, i signed up for P.O. box deliveries here . guess what ? the delivery service is affordable and safe ! it's cheaper than the post office (please don't increase your prices after i say this!!) they need to remove that they're open on sundays bc they're definitely not but yea . it's a great little store and i have had several friends sign up for delivery service at this location after i tell them how great it is . read more

First please refer to my review for the canyon crest location because that situation happened first and then this situation was an hour later ... I tell the gentlemen I resubmitted an order since the last location just does not know how to run a business... He said "did you submit online through the available program" I told him yes and that I paid and he then asked me to just email the file to the store email. I asked why and he said "the program is confusing and it's easier for me" My file was too large and it wouldn't send from my phone. He than had myself snd my one year old use a computer in a back room to send from gmail on the computer. He proceeded to rush me and kept saying "did you print it yet are you don't yet" I was confirming my login cause I have two step verification and once I finally printed the printer then jammed and he said "you will have to wait since you jammed it while I help these people" he has me sit in the back for 30 min until he then tried to fix the printer and then proceeded to tell everyone in line how I was messing up the printer and kept yelling back to me "stop printing over and over " then blamed me for printing double sided when I clearly showed him I didn't. 45 min told he then hands me a stack of my print outs in front of everyone and said well your should find the pages you in in all these. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected and pushed off. This man was a manager and twice my age. What happened to customer service period. read more

First and foremost horrible customer service. The first customer service person was very rude as if she really didn't want to do her job. The fellow that helped me really didn't want to help me any further. It won't scan you need to have it on your phone. Wouldn't help me any further, Wouldn't take the package wouldn't type in any number or anything of that nature. Complete and horrible utter customer service, I don't recommend this UPS store at all. read more

The website states open till 6pm. i arrived at 5:28pm. A male and a female are in there. Female is vacuuming??? that's invasive to a business still open. The man is busy chewing with his mouth open. He does not greet me and when I ask about fingerprints he stated while still chewing that they stop at 5:30pm, I point out it's 5:28pm. "Not doing it today" "Fine I'll let the district know of your bad customer service" "Thats fine" He could care less. The vibe was definitely racist. Good Luck. read more

The worst service ever! The girl that works here often (brown hair, parted down the middle, slicked back, wears crocks) is rude to everyone I know that goes to this location. She has the worst attitude and assumes everything will go wrong when you come in prepared. She's mean to literally everyone and is the least helpful person. I hope at some point the management and owner replace their current team. read more

I came in today at 5:32 pm to do my fingerprints and the girls rudely told me that they had just stopped doing them two mins before I walked in. the service is horrible!!! the dude was so rude to me yesterday all I had told him was that I was there to pick up a package and he was like oh if it's not under you name you can't pick it up all rude in which he didn't know if I was picking for someone else or myself!!! and then when I gave him the info he was all rude saying it's not here! and the. I talked to a young lady and she was more helpful towards me and I'm ok thank you very helpful and now the next day trying to pick up my package I came back again because it says my package is here now and again the same rude guy and he still says my package is not there!! so now I'm on the phone with the UPS representativ. why be rude? read more

After driving around for 20 minutes I finally found the store. Had to get out and walk around to find it. Dark, No sign, nothing! Hard to see. Then they were closed and would not help me. I tried to explain that I could not find their store, they wouldn't even listen or acknowledge that I was there. I will never ever go here again, never. Don't go here. Go somewhere else. Lot is dark. I have used the UPS stores for many years and this store is the worst. The owner/manager is very rude. He demanded in addition to the $200 yearly fees, that I pay between $2 and $5 for each package he considered excessive. The lines are often long to get help and I have waited 20 minutes to get my packages. They have also "misplaced" some of my packages. Reply to "reply". I do not have that many packages delivered. Lies do not make up for poor service and bad manners, I will be taking my business elsewear. You can see by the reply that was sent the attitude of the owner. $200 a year should be enough to pay for the 10-15 packages i receive in a month. I just want the public to know how you treat your customers read more

Such a terrible location. I went there today to drop off some stuff. One package was a return to Old Navy. It was packaged in the original plastic packaging from Old Navy. It is the same packaging that it arrived in and the items were clothing anyways. Daniel at this location refused to accept my package. What a joke! It was two clothing items in their original packaging. All this did was cause my to take them to another store, who gladly accepted it! So guess what... all my business will now be taken to the new location! These workers are simply rude! read more

This UPS store is great with customer service. I walked in a couple of minutes before 6pm thinking they closed at 7. The employees were not in a rush to get you back out the door. Very kind employees. They believe in "Treat others as you want to be treated " I say this because of their actions. Today again I had to use their services. I needed to have the same paperwork re-faxed to someone else I hadn't picked up old fax. The employee was very helpful and let me pay over phone on my card. I just had surgery and not feeling well to go back out. I never told her that. Again GREAT customer service!! read more
