Recently I moved to Norco and was excited to find out they had a branch nearby in Riverside. I loaded up my CRV glass and plastic and headed towards their yard. When I got there , I found the customary barrels pulled a couple over to my truck and started to unload my glass. Before I got too far along in my unloading, one of the workers came over and said we don't take CRV glass or plastic here. I was shocked. If you take c r v aluminum , you have to take the other materials I always thought. Apparently not so.

The employee knowingly labeled my load as plastic instead of aluminum, and I was only paid $11.32 for it -- a huge underpayment worth more than $30 in lost value. The receipt (Ticket #233607) clearly shows "#1 Plastic (PETE)" even though my material was aluminum cans. It felt intentional, not a mistake. I've filed a complaint with CalRecycle for investigation. Be very careful here. Always double-check your receipt before leaving. I won't ever return. -- Joe C.

He had absolutely no consideration for anyone's time making all of us wait for him to get around to his job. I will NEVER take my recyclables here again. Unfortunately, rePlanet, who was great, seems to have gone out of business so I guess the hunt is on for a new recycling location that isn't completely awful.

I had an unpleasant encounter with the woman in the cashier window, her comments were rude. I was told. "Well next time you come use coupon, you should've told man first." I simply told her well I can easily tell the man now since there's direct instructions on how to present. She got an attitude and had me wait for her to come back to window and then said " Hmmm, wow only .25 cent difference." Mam you guys sent me a coupon, i would've never known about this place if it wasn't for this coupon. She's a nasty woman that deserves no customer service job.
