They said THEY DIDN'T HAVE ROOM for my bottles and they expected me to go away! This was the THIRD time the bottle return has been refused. I finally, after complaining loudly, got them to accept the bottles. How outrageous is this? All for TEN DOLLARS! SHAME! The State of California forces you to pay a bottle deposit fee but then, refuses to return the fee if you return the BOTTLE. Just OUTRAGEOUS! I filed a complaint with the state of California. Here is where you can file a complaint with this outrageous "business." https://calrecycle.ca.gov/bevcontainer/complaints/ I took pictures too. And I hope CalRecycling gets them. SHAME on this company. We should all file complaints when they refuse our returns!

It's filled with tons of homeless people and younger degenerates from the streets. I pulled up with about 10 bags of recycle and the lady standing in front basically waved me away. That place is absolute disgusting and looks super unsafe. I felt uneasy just driving through the parking lot. I love the idea of recycling... But this place really needs to be shut down. I really wanted to post pictures, but unfortunately, I drove away too quickly.
