I've been going here for a few years, they really work hard and I get good fair prices when I bring in my coupon.

Drove all the way from Moreno Valley. Friday evening is my only time off during the week. Took me 26 mins due to end of the work week traffic. Decided to give them a call because it was 15 till closing and I wanted to make sure that they weren't going to be lazy and cut out early. Of course they were!! I explained to the lady How long it took me to get there and was only 3/4 of a mile away. She told me" Sorry we are already closing. It wouldn't be fair if I took your recyclables when we turned others away." No....what would be fair is staying till closing time and not turning away customers who are there before closing time. These gentlemen are so very helpful, courteous, and friendly. They were quick with providing service for our recycling needs. By having our cans & bottles already sorted it made it so much easier for all of us together. I highly recommend that all customers should do that before coming in. It just makes it easier for yourself in the long run. Anyway, this is the place to bring in your aluminum cans, water bottles, soda bottles & soda cans. They let you leave the lids ON. You'll have a hard time finding another place that does. read more

Got some sketchy scammers working there. They were going through my recycle pulling out stuff They said they don't recycle but put it all to the side and weighed it after they cashed me out also told me they don't take glass, but kept all the glass and weighed it after they cashed me out. Go anywhere but this place. Will NEVER go again!!!! read more

We arrived 415 pm, per their website they closed 5pm. The staff was very rude, no customer service skills at all. The man named "schmeel" started yelling for us to go away, they are closed, even though they were helping other people. We asked what time they closed as the website said 5pm. He told us it did not matter what the website said, he had already told us they were closed and that was that. He was very loud and rude. We tried calling customer service and a lady that was there in front of the containers answered the phone and started going off on us that they were closed and felt like closing early, she gave a half hearted apology, then after we left told us yes we could come back and they would help us. abc recycling is a great place ive been using their services for a couple years the staff is always been friendy and effecient and they pay cash and you can get cupons at albertos around the corner by jack n the box on hole i reccomend abc recycling for sure read more

Squalid dump! First, you have to find this place which derives its address from the building next to it. Second, they have no organized parking of their own. Just park any ols which way as close to the action as possible. Third, their containers are pint sized. You will need several. Fourth, they employ an army of wasps to keep you entertained. Fifth, the wait in the sun can be devastating. I timed them to 8 minutes per transaction and there were 18 in front of me. Do the math...144 minute wait is 2 hours and 24 minutes for a $12 transaction...maybe. I'm okay with the homeless going there to glean a few dollars and they don't mind the wait. I could never stand that long in the August sun, especially for such little gain. read more

And 1 can got about 18 dollars .. came here with a truck load of trash bags full of cans and plastics and only got around 50 bucks DO NOT COME HEREE TOTAL RIPPOFF FROM THE OLD LADY.. does not make any sense never returning read more

The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. The location isn't very appealing to the eye but what do you really expect from a recycling center? Look for coupons they offer to get more compensation for your bottles and cans! read more

Absurdly slow and inefficient. I realize there are policies that have to follow but even within those perimeters, ridiculously slow. Then they have a tip jar! Absolutely avoid this slow place! read more

I come here all the time because it's my local spot. But the have the tendency to refuse people at 415-430 when they have closing at 5. I know if they might have a huge line but if they have one person and it's 430 something is wrong. Either change your closing hours or ask employees to be fair with neighbors bringing recycling and get them taken care of. read more

Went there 3 times. First time it was great. 2 not to good, staff cussing each other . so my 3rd and last time. I was there 1hour and 45 min. Plus again staff very unprofessional and verbally fighting and suddenly a staff member quit on the spot . it was horrible experience. Won't be going there again. read more

I tried to call to let them know I was on my way and make sure they were still open, but the number is out of service. They were very rude when I told them it wasn't 5 yet. This morning my mother and I went to take our recycle, we waited patiently for our turn as we were next one of the employees named Mark started dividing our recyclables as soon as he saw that our glass was not divided into colors which we had never taken glass prior so we were not aware that it was to be divided. He got extremely mad and cursing saying words like "fuck this, I try to educate people" and mumbling other curse words, as he was dividing our glass. He said "fucking 300 dollar sign was a waste of money" referring to the sign that says glasses are to be divided. At the same time he was breaking and throwing the glass around. He was visibly upset and mad and did not have a problem showing everyone that was there. Being that there were multiple customers behind us. Needless to say we will never go there again, his behavior was unacceptable. And we will advise no one else to go there again. The only good part was the female employee, she was very nice and apologetic. read more
