Rolled up to this place in a rented truck from Home Depot, had 3 large trash cans and 4 trash bags of recyclables, all sorted, just needed to be dumped in bins and weighed. Got there 10 minutes to close and the dudes turned me away. Mind you there are 2 other customers in SUVs, still sorting and unloading. I responded that the truck was more intimidating than the load and they asked to see what I had, after they looked inside they still said they were about to close and don't have time. I was really upset considering I had a rental and options were limited to cash in on these recyclables... as I am taking off another car rolls up and starts to unload. As I drove away I yelled out the window "thought you were closed?!" I was so bothered that this is my first yelp review, couldn't pass up the opportunity to share my crappy experience. Maybe change your closing time to allow enough time for processing since I'm not the only yelper mentioning this. Terrible customer service... got a better deal further down the road so thanks for turning me away, I'll never try this place again. read more

Never had any issues, for years until today. I took off work early to make it in before they closed. We arrived at 4:25PM and some young employee turned us away. I said, "you close at 5" and he said, "we were too busy today"!!! I asked if there is another place I can go, he said, "I don't know. He was in the process of excepting recycling from someone else the entire time. I said, " come on man, what am I supposed to do, my trunk is full of recycling?". "He said, "come back tomorrow" and started laughing. This is horrible business and customer service! If you close at 5, close at 5. If you need to change your hours and close at 4:30, change your sign. Bad employees make for bad business!!! read more

I would never take my stuff here again. Can't see the weight of our recyclables. Had more than 6 containers of plastic bottles and almost 2 full containers of aluminum cans. The receipt only showed the weight they were paying you for. All other places I've gone to shows the total weight and subtract the container weight. Not this place. Never again read more

Great place I come here about once a month to take all my recycling. Quite quick and easy to access and there's always a helpful hand if necessary just ask if needed. Gray bins are for glass and the orange ones are for either plastic or cans. read more

The female worker there is very rude. You can tell she doesn't like her job. Very unprofessional attitude.

I'm giving this place a 5 start just because the female worker kept the area clean, their was no bottle caps on the floor a little bit of debris but that's common Bc of the winds and fire.. She was very friendly,she greeted me, made me feel welcomed she even started a brief conversation with me. Having the center clean makes me want to come back. read more
