We did a test and weighted every bag of plastic bottle that we took and ended up weighting 24lbs,…read morewhen it was time for them to weigh it , they only totaled 20lbs, so they took about 20% of the weight. This was one of my first times recycling, so not sure how normal that is, in the end we got $36 for 24lbs of plastic bottles. Was expecting at least $40, which would have been if they hadn't taken the 20% for profit i assume. Anyway, ill try a different place next time and see if they take the same amount for themselves. Judge by yourself with that info.

It wasn't totally clear from the signs by the door of the warehouse, so I checked in at the front door, but they just sent me to the warehouse entrance again. A nice lady with a forklift came to help me but my tiny box of stuff was almost trivial compared to what others come here to dispose. I was told they charge $0.15 / lb for e-waste but they just dumped my stuff in a box with other waset and I was on my way without any less money other than the gas it took to get out there. And be wrong at that? You're illiterate. If it rains and the outside of the cans are wet, and you try to refuse me, I'll bring down the entire corporation. Especially if you then try to accuse me of scamming the recycling plant by saying I filled them with water. How did you get that narrative from this reviewer literally saying exactly what happened?
