I can't respond to reviews so here's hoping Ken the owner sees this !! The man whose comment you responded to, said the cans were WET because of the RAIN. Which anyone with common sense can infer he was referring to the outside of the cans. In no way shape or form did he even mention the payout. You seriously argue with people in your reviews? And be wrong at that? You're illiterate. If it rains and the outside of the cans are wet, and you try to refuse me, I'll bring down the entire corporation. Especially if you then try to accuse me of scamming the recycling plant by saying I filled them with water. How did you get that narrative from this reviewer literally saying exactly what happened? All you needed to do as a business owner was apologize for the inconvenience- not try to make up some bs about the cans being filled with water read more

This is easily the best recycling center I've ever been to super efficient very quick plenty of crates and bins to put your all your recyclables in, everybody's friendly but again it's super efficient and you can't beat that. It's my preferred recycling center and it isn't even close. read more

Clean and organized. The flow for a recycling center is best yet. Great customer service. Good chunk of money for your recycling.

Got there with my aluminum cans and they refused them because they were wet. It's been raining. So I took them to a recycler in Ontario had no problems there. Just poor service read more

Decided to take a trip there with my boy. Very organized. Lots of carts for customers to use. Wait time is little to none. The employees are constantly moving. Good pay out. Will be returning. read more

I really like McCoy's Recycling. It's clean compared to other recycling centers, and the rates are competitive.

Fast easy service. Plenty of baskets for your items. Easy easy. Made a quick 25bucks. Guys work fast and efficiently. This is my spot.

Very friendly and helpful service, great place for recycling. They explain everything and help unload.

#97 for 2021 It was time to clean up and that means dumping the recycles to get what I can out of them. Searching through Yelp I found McCoy Recycles. After reading a few reviews the main point I got out of it is they are quick and clean. I headed down with my plastics and tins having no clue what to do. Fortunately signs were posted up on the wall behind the carts giving instructions what to do. They were easy to follow. We stood inline waited for our turn. A guy walked over grabbed our carts. He weighed them and gave us a receipt. I took it to the cashier to collect my booty and just like that I had cash in my pockets. The cashier was warm and friendly greeting me when I came up and told me to have a nice day when the transaction was completed. The guy that initially took my recycles spoke no words at all. Impressive he knew exactly what I wanted and I didn't say a single word. Overall I was pleased with the service and will come back. read more

Always clean and staff is great. Easy in and out and this is my go to. They recycle lots of stuff not just cans

Outstanding place to come recycle my cans. Always super friendly! Clean! And doesn't smell like other recycling centers. 100 percent I recommend this place. But be carful pulling into the center if you make a left turn. There's a curve in the roadway and people be speeding. read more

Although it's a very busy place with many people coming in to cash in their recycling, I've never had to wait any more than 5 mins after unloading my recycles into the proper designated bins, getting it weighed and then cashed out. There's plenty of parking. Easy to read signs to follow on which bins to put which type of recyclable items in. They will accept all recyclable not just crv cans/plastic/glass. Bring your scrap metals, save your milk jugs and other plastics, they will take nearly anything that can be recycled. read more

Very quick and easy to use. Baskets are large and readily accessible. Attendants were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely use again. read more

Went as smooth as can be.. you can tell they care about making things as easy as possible for their customers by providing large & clear instructions on how to separate your recyclables correctly and listing the current prices per pound beside them. They even constructed their own 'wide-mouthed' containers for your recyclables using PVC pipes to make dumping and separating so much easier for you. read more

Ain't no shame in my recycling game. Been coming here for years. This place is clean and very organized. I appreciate that the guys working there are all so helpful and friendly. The females behind the glass are not so friendly. Hope they fix that customer service side of the business. Other than that, I recommended this place! read more

Went here for the first time since moving to San Bernardino and I was wow'd. When I lived in LA I would take my recycling to a place off Venice and it was a little sketchy at times. This place was easy to find, clean, helpful, easy, and fast! Oh and had plenty of parking. I will be coming back and highly recommend it. read more

5 stars for excellent customer service. Parking lot is clean, all the employees are friendly and very helpful. Plenty of parking, good prices. The only thing you need to be mindful of is the traffic going into the center and going out. read more

This was the cleanest recycling center I've visited. It's efficiently set up with plenty of carts and team members ready to help unload and process your items. The Best recycling center in So Cal didn't inform customers that they would be closed on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I'm just imagining all the people that turned around at the closed gate all day long. There were 3 the time we arrived. Stumbled across this place many years ago and it's been my go to place for recycling. They have carts on wheels that you roll to your car. Empty your bags from the car and roll to the weighing area, Take your receipt to the cashier and get paid, Easy peasy. read more

I've been coming to this place for years and have a business account with them. Apparently, they have decided to hire new people that are very threatening and downright disrespectful they're talking about customers loud enough for every customer to hear them and the things they are saying are very inappropriate. It used to be a place. I would recommend to everybody but seeing as it is the way it is now I don't believe I will want to even come back here to see a great company have such uncouth employees read more

This is honestly the nicest recycling center I have ever been to hands down. CLEAN! and organized well, with an amazing staff. The parking, rolling carts, weigh station, and cashier are all in the same general area and the friendly staff makes things go smoothly. There is a ton of signage that explains the different materials and their current value (look up coupons for even more $$$). I recommend separating your bottles/cans ahead of time to keep everything as efficient as possible and filter out those non-CRV items so they won't have to do it there and hold up the line. I used to have another local recycling center that I would always visit when my containers get full, but McCoy is now my go-to spot! read more

This place is ready to recycle your bottle water, glass, cans etc. People are friendly and place is decent.

Great workers !! I love this recycling center and they were very organized ! I was a little afraid coming here on my own so I brought my boyfriend because I dress alternative and people are judgey so I was happy to see how professional everyone was! It's very easy and convinient and I personally like the idea that not only can you see what they're doing as soon as they take your bottles, everything is strictly organized in the carts from plastic to alluminum and you can give them the glass in a seperate bag. The best thing about this place is that the prices are great !!!!! I will forever come here :) read more
