From the moment I drove in, the experience was completely different. I was greeted right away and asked how they could help. I told them I had cans, and the employee directed me where to go, brought me a large basket, and let me know someone would assist me. Another staff member quickly helped, weighed my cans, gave me a receipt, and thanked me for coming. The woman in the payment area was also friendly and efficient.
