I have lived in this neighborhood for a long time ,and this place has been here forever. The owners right now have been there for over 10 years so they have lots of experience and know what they're doing, and they are great people! Ahmed is a very helpful and extremely patient with all his customers, he always helps me with everything I need . Heba also is such a kind and friendly helper . I also have a mailbox there and I feel my mail is safe there in the mailbox store, most importantly my packages are completely safe . I don't have to worry about theft or tampering or any of that stuff because it's secure inside the store. I have been a customer for a little over 1 year. As a full time RV'r, I needed a place to get all my mail and packages and other services ie: faxing and notary on occasion. Everything I need is here. The owners are very courteous and helpful and even though I'm a fairly new customer they recognize me as soon as I come in and are able to assist in a quick manner. I enjoy speaking with them and feel good when I leave knowing that my mail is safe with them until I can pick it up. Recently, I had a small problem with my mail service (nothing to do with them), and one of the owners went out of her way to solve the problem for me so that I could get my mail that day before I left. this is a great family owned business where i completely trust with all my work and shipping services. They are very experienced and know what is best for their customers honest, efficient, and friendly. I always come here when I need to ship either local or international packages they have it all FED EX , UPS , DHL or even regular postal USPS services. Parking is easy and not too crowded. I have been a customer for over 7 years now and I love to support family owned businesses. They are very PERSONAL and patient. They always try to get me the best deal for my packages and take the time to wrap it carefully. All my packages and mail go out from there and everything arrives and no damages. I also have a IPostal box there and always get my mail and packages with NO DAMAGE or delays. The staff was SUPER HELPFUL and went out of their way to track a lost package i hadn't received and called Fedex and I was able to receive it the next day! This place is problem solver I had trouble packing my computer to send it where I'm moving and they pack my whole desktop so well and I just received it and it came and worked great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend going there for all your shipping needs. I have been here a handful of times but yet I have never been inside. They say they open at 10 AM. Every time I was here they were late. I would wait 15 minutes and still nobody would show up. They need to change their hours to 10:30 AM, or show up to work on time for customers. read more
