You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. What I appreciated the most is that Mike is an honest man, and sadly that's hard to find in businesses nowadays. We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. This place has served me well every time I've been here to drop off packages…read more I just wanted to share that this place accepts FedEx packages! Well, I had a prepaid labeled package and they accepted it. They told me that the earliest fedex picks up is 4:30. Another one comes at 5pm. One is ground shipping and the other is another type, overnight maybe. So glad they accept it because UPS was kind of rude about me inquiring about it and usps didn't accept it. These folks were super nice over the phone. I know these jobs aren't fun and people can be impatient and rude and it could easily ruin your day but I'm just saying these people are still nice over the phone. I appreciated it.
