If you ever need a document printed the Staples Printers allows us to do it ourselves from our Email with a pre authorized Card and the process is so simple and easy. We just email what we need printed to the address provided, wait for a barcode or number as a reply, and then insert our Debit card which just charges us for the paper and ink and not any time used. Compared to printing at UPS, it's a lot more affordable and the Paper Staples uses is much more high quality and there's free Staplers, Hole Punchers, and Paper Clips for us to keep our work organized and efficient too! Love the new Party City Merge to get all the Fun and Animated Fiesta Time Balloons ready to go for high impact Event Planning too! The Sales Associates are also very Professional, welcoming, and visible and enthusiastically ready to help if we have any questions. This place has served me well every time I've been here to drop off packages…read more I just wanted to share that this place accepts FedEx packages! Well, I had a prepaid labeled package and they accepted it. They told me that the earliest fedex picks up is 4:30. Another one comes at 5pm. One is ground shipping and the other is another type, overnight maybe. So glad they accept it because UPS was kind of rude about me inquiring about it and usps didn't accept it. These folks were super nice over the phone. I know these jobs aren't fun and people can be impatient and rude and it could easily ruin your day but I'm just saying these people are still nice over the phone. I appreciated it. And many FedEx locations are kind of far from here so thank you for accepting FedEx packages!

I guess Susie thinks that we can ONLY order from her; because she didn't like that - she decided not to make our team banner and instead lead us on for days and then email us with how she's not going to do it. The manager isn't any better in her treatment of long term customers. I've been a box renter at this facility for over 10 years and I received a package for one of our team members, the package had her name on it instead of mine so they wanted to charge me $15 dollars plus $15 dollars per day that the package was there waiting for me to pick up which was about a week, just because my name is the one on the box. They wouldn't give me the package without paying their extortion fee so I told them to send the package back. I would highly recommend driving a little further to the next franchise store where customers are treated with respect.

Once they had to close up shop as I was walking. They needed to cover a location off Limonite. When I asked where exactly it was the employee looked at me like I was dumb and repeated "Limonite". The last time I was in I picked up a package. I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in. I was basically trying to sign to this guy what I was there for because he wouldn't get off the phone (with someone who sounded like his girlfriend) to help me out. I located the package myself as he kept ensuring the person in the phone that he was still listening them. Horrible customer service & every single time this HAS to be my option I roll my eyes and dread having to come here. I guess I'm avoiding the one on Limonite too since they share employees.
