They let me try on my online purchase and even gave me the option to exchange for a smaller size if they have it in stock in this store. Luckily I didn't have to find a new size so that was good. I'd you do pick up in store you get an additional 10% off your purchase in the store. I was able to get additional leggings and dresses so that extra discount was nice. Overall great store. Lots of parking in this plaza. Easy to find and for me it's all about the customer service. Even the fitting rooms have their own personalized fans so if you feel hot you can turn on your own fan! She had asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I said that I needed Jean shorts. She directed me to a clearance rack of the shorts they had left in the store. (Which is great because I didn't have time to look throughout the whole store.) I looked through and found 4, she gave me a room to try them on and I walk out with two i really liked! It was already on clearance and with additional 50% off! I got two shorts for the price of one! She helped me thoroughly and fast. The store was clean and cool and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Thank you Joanna for making my first visit wonderful.
